Hello sir our PINACHO lathe taper turning bracket as be broken and i searched in market for new but iam not getting anywhere. Please can you suggest where it will get in bangalore..

Sir mere lathe me number nahi hai sirf line Dita hai
Wahi line ko dhyan se dekhiye ki wo half degree pr hai ya 1 degree pr. And jis prakar protractor (chanda jisse angle mapte hai ) ka kaam hai thek waise hi use kariye. Centre pr zero and dono taraf 45 degree .
45⁰ angle kaise de (jo aap 5⁰ angel kiya usi ke tarah )sir
Ji maximum aap 45 degree he de payenge . Compound rest slide se.

Waise to HSS he use karte but it's completely depend on Job material. Aap #carbide tip tool use krke or bhi perfect job bana sakte hai.

d = min dia of taper
l = taper length
U find the value than tan inverse karenge to thita ki value aa jayegi. Usko set karke aap taper kaat sakte hai.
U find the thita angle starting video paper show the formula and details. Hope it's help u.

Then @= tan (-1) 0.087
Then @= 5"

Depth of cut first cut ke baad minor and major dia ko measure kr lijiye. Fir dono ka difference agr sahi aya to aap taper katna start kr sakte.
Depth of cut ke liye cross slide ,compound rest slide and carriage me Graduations bane rahte. Uska use karke easily exact job bana sakte hai.

Minor or major ka difference shi aya matlab

To jb bhi aap cut start karenge or taper length tk wo cut pura touch ho tb ab dono dia ko chek kijiye iska difference same 5 mm ana chahiye. Agr ye n aa raha to compound rest slide ko toda adjust karna padega bahut he minor roop me.jb ye difference 5 mm aa jaye . Maan lijiye minor dia 28 mm hai and major 32 mm to aap ka compound rest ki setting ok hai.

यह एक बोरिंग ऑपरेशन नहीं trepanning ट्रीपेनिंग ऑपरेशन है। इस ऑपरेशन में होलो कटिंग टूल यूज करते हैं, होलो मतलब खोखला और इसकी परिधि पर कटिंग एज बनी होती है ।जैसा कि इस वीडियो में आप कार्बाइड टिप टूल देख रहे हैं ।यह एक सॉलिड वर्कपीस में बहुत स्पीड से घूमता है ।
मगर लेथ मशीन पर वर्कपीस जिसको हम जॉब कहते हैं वह घूमता है और टूल स्थिर रहता है। इस टूल का डायमीटर कम होता है जैसे कि आप को वीडियो में बताया भी गया है। इसमें जॉब घूमता है और ड्रिल टूल स्थिर रहते हुए लंबाई में जिसको अनुधैर्य या लोंगिट्यूडनल फीड Longitudinal feed कहते हैं ,के द्वारा वर्कपीस को खोखला बनाते हैं। ट्रीपेनिंग साधारणतः बड़े व्यास के ड्रिल होल करने की विधि समझ सकते हैं आप।

Waise ye attachment job ke anusar banaya gaya hai. Jisko hum deshi bhasha me jugad kahte hai. Isme carbide tip bragged karke bhi aap bana sakte hai. Bus agr lambe job pr kaam karna ho to tool support proper chahiye hoga. Aap chahe to pahle km dia ke hollow pipe me try kijiye. Or sucess hone pr fir apni requirements ke hisab se banana padega. Kyoki ye fix size ka hoga. Mins alag alag job ke size ke hisab se alag alag.
