I like to 4 cross on the rear and 3 on the front. Built quite a few wheels over the last year and am about to pull my wheels off and change to silver spokes with green nipples. Should look sweet on chrome rims. It's great you can get a packet of Motive spokes from LUX for $10, too.

Question i have a united rear hub 14mm 36hole and the rant squad 20inch rim what spoke size do i run
And my rim i guess have a 4 separate chambers? Is it 194mm all around or will it be 2 different sizes

With 4 cross you could use 192mm on the front and the back snowflake spokes back in the day always on the front wheel back then 👍🚲💨

Whrn needed to calculate then its not straightforward anymore. Manufacturers of hubs should be provinding the recommended spoke sizes.
