question 13. Charlie is the Lessee; this question is confusing. Right answer could be A, or C. C, changes from lessee to lessor later in the question?? Question 12. If you bought a house with 20% discount from the listing price, and later sold it for the listed price, your profit cannot be 100% but 20%. Doesn't it?
Cuation. Great general content. Thanks for the post! However, this is not test strictly for Florida. For example, Multiply questions mention dual agency. This is illegal in FL.
Just curious how the answer to #16 is B: $4,000.00 but, in the explaination it says that $50,000.00 / 4% is $2,000.00. I'm sure 4 points is 4%. So $4,000.00 to me is right..??
question 16, explanation doesn't match answer. hopefully these are more correct than not. 4 points (4% of loan) loan is $50,000 = $2000 Someone might want to check questions & answers before posting video.
question 40. has right answer but explanation is incorrect. 640 acres /4/4/4 (dividing by denominators) = 10 Acres However explanation states 1/16 of 640 equals 40. Once again the answer & explanation don't match. WTH ? Go watch Prep Agent !!
9 isnt right. It is not illegal to show your own property, sell your own property, market your own property or anything else with your own property. So C would be more correct than B since it is Bobs Property.

there are so many wrong problems on here. "Real Estate Advantage", you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves for sharing this and not fixing it.
