I have a tendency to watch too many TH-cam videos when I should be getting work done. But I'm working on it and now I only watch the very best ones, like Christina's.
I am always too sensitive to criticism and others' comments. What I've started doing is to value myself more and appreciate what I have had already. It takes time to adjust the mind, but I feel I become clam and peaceful when I encounter non-positive feedback.
I've been a nanny for 11 years and I've learned that too patience is my weakness, that made my kids stubborn sometimes. Too good makes bad effect. So,, I tried to make it balance, patience for good things and aply the appropriate discipline if needed that will help them to grow for a better and responsible person. And another thing sometimes I am easily distracted my focus on working. Which I'm really working on it to improve. Weaknesses will not remain weaknesses if you keep working in it.
I know that I'm sometimes too anxious, my friends reproached it to me a lot. So what I've started doing is practice Yoga at least 1 hour a week. As a result, I'm less anxious than before.
Most people misunderstood me of being prank and high pitch tone of voice that others have the tendency to think I am angry every time but I have try working on it to be considerate but I have great tendency to burst out when I do give a repetitive instruction.
1) I have a tendency to watch TV and stay up late . I can't help it . I just love TV . 2) I'm sometimes too impatient to wait . I know that I can be really upset to wait in a line . HOW to improve my weaknesses ??? 1) I listen to music instead , so I can fall asleep anytime . 2) I go early to be the first in a line .
I have a tendency to stop that I'm doing when I have an impediment either Technical or business and then I choise another activity. What I'm doing to correct that? well currently I try to ask as soon as possible.

Je prépare mon travail de fin d'études et j'aimerais m'améliorer en anglais sur les différentes phrases d' introduction lors d'un exposé oral. My weakness is that iam very nervous I started to control my atitude and i wrote 'don't get nervous' on a sheet of paper and posted it on the wall
I think than I have to tendency to be more sensitive for negative criticism .... or sometimes I am too impatient to wait or attend irrelevant meeting.
