Yesterday I had some spare time and I watched everyone of your videos. Absolutely brilliant to see a video about Scaffolding. I own a building a landscaping company and I have a few people working for me and we have the same problems you do with money owed or delayed and stuff getting broke and vans damaged. It’s a hard graft struggle and some of us are built for this 👍🏼👌

REAL LIFE WORK VIDEOS, great name as seen as done as worked as lived, cash flow problems cancellation , injury etc, such a huge amount of work for a ramp but so interesting, as well, top tip, Reverse on vehicle is always lower geared than forward, think it was designed that way so you can reverse back up a hill easily if stuck. Hope your vids get shown in colleges to young people looking for a job in construction like i said in the first sentance as it is.

Great vids mate , that ramp isn’t going nowhere did one very similar at the beginning of the year about 4 Foot high independent side raked out over 26ft. Contractor said it was for mini excavator did it all 500 mm centres turned up to take it down the found out they were using 13 Tonne excavators on it. Didn’t move an inch. We also had to plywood the ramp and then use roofing felt to my surprise the Felt looked in very good condition after all the driving over it. Keep the vids coming 👍
As soon as @ the 25 minute mark Kieran said the job he is fancying more is outside GKR's office I thought Joe keep him well away from there if they see him working and instructing after a few days they will be throwing contracts out the window at him lol The editing of the videos is getting better and better. Having looked after buildings in Reading for the last god knows how many years, they might be in a Radon area so that will bring its own issues. You being owed money is endemic for all small to medium businesses, you'll find the bigger the company the less likely they are to pay on time. Like seeing all your guys wearing the same kit, it looks very professional. 👍
