Hey Ive been using premiere for animation since 2014 and I never had to use this methode to animate. I had to refresh how to get my animations to 15 fps and this is the quickest way I found.
go to timline in preferences and on still image default duration change it to 2 frames. this makes it 15 fps i dont quite understand why and I dont know which number makes it 24 fps but this way you can edit the frames in the right framerate which is way better than doing it in the 10 fps workspace
