Thanks Fehzan, really informative and brilliantly helpful. I’m starting as a school leaver this September with GT and your videos have helped me to feel a bit more prepared for my first few months!
I have a question sir. So I studied BCom Accounting at a college here in South Africa and there were modules they didn't teach us because they were not accredited. So now when I want to apply for jobs I see there are thing I'm suppose to know that I don't know because our college didn't teach us those things. I want to learn things like PASTE and PAYROLL. Now I can't afford another college, do I look for an apprenticeship and just learn the accountancy work and skills? And if I do, should I ask for remuneration for the apprenticeship? Thank you sir.
See if you’re talking about South Africa I can’t really advise as I’m unsure about the market or accepted principles there. If you’re in the U.K. I’d advise getting some work experience which is normally unpaid to determine if this is something for you if so then you may want to pursue the aat qualification at level 2 to get the basics. Equally you could just gain experience in payroll just to bridge the gap in your learning.
Great content as usual brother ! ✊🏿 I have a question after I complete my aat qualifications should i start couple ACCA exam and apply for a job so if i start by next year ill be ACCA affilliate by 2025 what do you think ?
Yes it would depend on the situation i.e. how many exams you take each year, results etc. but it's entirely reasonable that you could be qualified after 3 years in 2025.
I haven’t used either materials so I can’t really say however BPP were good. I really liked their course notes so I’d recommend checking them out as well.
Salam brother, hope you are well. I’m concerned if accounting is like auditing, taxation or working in any business or organisation which deals with interest is allowed in Islam. What do you say about this.
Wa alaykum as Salam important to remember can’t just give a blanket opinion that these fields are haram as case by case they may differ. Tbh my opinion doesn’t matter because I’m not a person of knowledge I haven’t studied these subjects from an Islamic perspective so as I advise in my dealing with interest video take the circumstances and go to a person of knowledge and verify with them.
The setup looks 10/10
Thanks to my creative director!

@@FehzanMehdi I appreciate your response
Is it necessary to do a level after finishing GCSEs or go to the foundation program?
Nope not necessary at all you can do the aat or ACCA foundation
@@FehzanMehdi so, which route will be much faster and beneficial ?
