In today’s video we will be redoing the custom trailer hitch on the Case 1190 tractor. Hopefully this time it holds up!! I still have not seen anything like this on a tractor before.

The tabs inside was a good idea, I’ll keep that hot tip in mind. What brand/size welder are you using? Did that jack come with two mounts?

I am using a Miller 210 welder. 240 volt using .030 wire. The jack only came with one mount, but you can buy mounts separately at Tractor Supply. The tabs/sleeves are an old body shop procedure. I am an old washed-up body man and we used to make those when replacing frame rails on vehicles. They also worked good keeping upper sail panels on rear quarter panels straight when welding that thin sheet metal back together. Thanks for watching!!
