Oh and love the blackstar amp pedal with the cab..wow that's gotta be a keeper eh? You sounded killer and good vocals too man!
You deserve all the success brother..
You're very talented and I see you..
Keep up the good work.. what killer chops you have 🤘
Hey Rich, thanks for posting this kind of content. Gigging these days I’m always thinking about traveling light. Whatever I can pick up from someone else’s experience I really appreciate
Easy load in and out brother. Plus simple!
These gig vlogs are so great, I watch/hear them while working... thanks for taking the time to put this together and sharing, I know it takes time to make them!
Glad you like them!
Cool playing Rich!... l agree we are living in the golden age of guitar!🙂
Beautiful Friday evening, great reviews including the audio presentation. It looks similar to the Harley Benton G112 Celestion V30 which is a good box viz. Thomann review. The band plays great, good luck. Have a nice weekend. Greetings. Pavel CZ.👍👍👍
Sounded really good Rich. Always enjoy watching your gigs and the reality of getting out playing. My stepfather bought me my first guitar from Frank Hessy's shop in Liverpool in 1970 for passing my O Level exams. Going to be 70 in June and still out gigging. All the best from the UK!
I’ve been using the Celestion Vintage 30 cabinet for a year. I use it with my Vox MV50 AC head and an additional Vox BC108 cabinet. With the two speakers I get a full range of tones and the MV50 works at its full 50 watts. It’s plenty loud enough for outdoor gigs. I only use one speaker for indoor gigs. The Celestion sounds great.
Sounded great to me! Great guitar playing Rich!
Monoprice = American Benton
Rich, I relate to you story growing up. My Dad was extremely talented. He had a great voice and was great on guitar. He wanted me to play but not in a band or in clubs…also a very conservative upbringing.
I can relate. When i told my parents i wanted a guitar my mother said if i was interested in music i could take piano lessons. If i stuck with it then maybe i could have a guitar. I took piano for about 2 years and they bought me a cheap acoustic from the sears catalog. Looking back learning the fundamentals on piano was a great start.
Rich ,
Thomann released there Harley Benton white versions of two heads and two cabinets end of last year .👍Same as the 2 white combos .👍
Cool vlog Rich. I enjoyed , thanks.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Thank you!
Some nice playing again Rich. The RK Tele always sounds good no matter what you play through. Sadly that's the life of a gigging musician and sometimes you have to play for your own enjoyment, when it still looks like winter doesn't help.
Thanks! Today's high was 68. So getting better.
Ah, back to the bar that's for Dads only, I see 😉
Maybe soon your son can did do a few gigs with you. 😁
Takes about 50 hours of play time to break in any new speaker,so it will sound even better as time goes by, I use a 10" version of the same speaker, that I replaced in my Roland cube 30 amp, and I'm very satisfied with it, thanks for taking us along for the ride, some excellent playing there Rich.
Thanks!
Sounded good. Wonder where the 30 speaker was made.
I'm pretty sure G12 v30s are made in the UK. But knowing how things are today they are probably outsourced to China...
Why would it matter?
@@RichBischoff Yes used to be made in the UK and I have 3 of those, but the new ones are made in China.
Experienced a few “paid” practices. They happen unfortunately, but still playing out!
Was that like an Air Bn B or something like that ?
The bar owner has an apartment above the bar that he puts the bands in.
Is it ever warm in Wyoming?
Nope, maybe one week in July.
Different story for me, both parents were musicians. BUT they gave me nothing ! And were very conservative Christians who believed in hard work and strong morals. I worked my child ass hard to get guitars, amps and rides to play with friends . God bless my mom, she chauffeured me and a 4x12 and a head and a guitar in a Chevette ! My dad was a military man but also played a nice martin d28 he bought upon his return from a medical hospital in Germany after he was blown up by an American missile in Vietnam when I was 5. He bought it in 1968 and its a 1962 and now mine. Dreamed about the musical section of the Sears catalog as a kid. Drooled over it for hours. Long before I discovered the ladies lingerie section. PS. A stiff wind blew my neighbors trampoline into the woods a dozen times. Stake it down. Dont be like them.
Love it!
What's Toast? 16:55
A Bread Tribute band I play in.
@@RichBischoff It's the guitar man!
