什么是无水奶油
看見人人都做的很美，請教一下，我做的有點破酥，首先1）油酥很沾手，不成團，難以分成等份，是正常嗎？因為太沾手，我無法控制，我就加了多點粉，也不是加太多我想，最後也有點沾手的，但較好控制
2）油皮是軟，那油酥是要那個程度呢？油皮要搓至有薄膜嗎？做油皮如果太用力，會出筋/ 起筋嗎，會不好嗎？

油酥只用按圧方式成团，不能搓揉，只会越搓越沾手的
