    Greetings friend, I have a question. On another vid you spoke on the fantasy sites like PrizePicks. This video screen does not show them as part of your profitable sports books. Are those sites not profitable for you yet, or does OddsJam not track them the same way? Thanks.

    • @JuicedBets
      @JuicedBets  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey, thanks for the question. So I use OddsJam to track just my straight bets. Reason for this is because all of my straight bet sites are in Canadian dollars.
      I use Pikkit to track my DFS books as they are in usd and Pikkit supports those books. Pikkit doesn't track Canadian books yet.
      Essentially:
      OddsJam = Straight/Canadian books
      Pikkit = Parlay Books
      Parlay play is excluded from both as Pikkit doesn't have tracking available for it yet and I don't want to mix it in with my Canadian books being tracked on OddsJam. In our ParlayPlay video I show my lifetime stats on that book :)

      Hi Isabella, thanks for the question!
      My bankroll is not 77k (I wish haha). My bankroll is $5,000 and on average yes I was betting around $2,000 a day. Some days it would be $4,000 other days $1000 - it depends on the value on the board.
      I think both the Fantasy Screen and Positive EV tools are great. If I had to pick which one I use more, i'd say the positive EV one is the more important one to start out with and the one I use the most.

    Do you think OddsJam is worth it if your bankroll is like $200? Would the profit from a small bankroll outweigh the monthly cost?

    • @JuicedBets
      @JuicedBets  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      $200 is definitely a small starting bankroll. You can definitely start out using oddsjam if you were to deposit $100/$100 on either PrizePicks, ParlayPlay, UnderDog, NoHouseAdvantage (to name a few) and claim their $100 sign up bonus on each platform and then use the fantasy optimizer tool. You'll. double your bankroll to $400 and then use the one oddsjam tool until your bankroll grows and you can get access to more tools.
      There's also a few different ways to do it. I'd try and up your starting bankroll a bit more and go to main sportsbooks and work towards claiming their sign up bonuses...this is probably the best way to initially boost your bankroll, but you could also go with the fantasy optimizer strategy I mentioned above.
      Hope this helps :)

      What’s the taxes like?

    • @FrankSchoenburg
      @FrankSchoenburg ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@JuicedBets Terrible. If you are not a professional gambler then all of your winnings (including the original wager) are taxed at 4.95% at the state level. So a $100 +100 wager that wins is taxed $9.90 ($200 * 4.95%) for Illinois state taxes. This doesn't include Federal taxes which can range from 0-37%. The $100 original wager can't be deducted from State taxes unless you are a professional gambler. If you claim that you are a professional gambler your chances of getting audited are very very high. This may not be a big deal but no one wants to be audited. So forget about arbitrage or small EV betting unless you are a professional gambler. Gambling losses are deductible for non professional gamblers on the Federal taxes but only as an itemized deduction which is worthless for most people. The determination of whether someone is a professional gambler is a gray area. There are guidelines but the guidelines are not black and white.

      If you are a professional gambler then you are paying 15.3% self employment tax, 4.95% state tax, and 0-37% Federal tax on your net profit. Odds jam and other subscriptions are tax deductible for professional gamblers.

      The plays on twitter are only a fraction of the plays we plays we take. We are also in Canada so our sportsbooks are different that the majority of our audience as many of you are USA based.
      Having access to the software allows you to see in real time the plays you get (which often time are ones we cant get). Plus, you dont depend on others to post plays for you. You can find plays and value whenever you want.
      Not only that, but you have access to all of the other tools that are game changing (arbitrage, low holds, +ev tools)
