    我是地道老渝中区人。两路口洞子火锅就在离我住家不远,看到你吃的这些都是我以前在重庆生活时每周的主旋律!看得口水直吞,因为疫情3年都没回国回我重庆家乡啦!

    上世纪七八十年代的时候,在重庆吃火锅经常遇到拼桌的现象,就是陌生人坐一桌。桌子的每条边坐两个人,一共最多坐八个人。九宫格的出现就是让每个食客有自己的区域,中间那一格是共用来烫一些短时间会熟且不能久煮的菜。随着生活水平提高,陌生人拼桌的现象少了,九宫格的作用演变为不同区域为不同菜品的需求提供不同的火候
