I am from the other side of the river and I have wondered what's it like on the other side of the bridge the two times I had visited Jaflong as I had seen a glimpse of the Dawki bridge from the other side of the river! We have visited Dawki 5 years back In December and it was a very sunny morning. It's really an amazing place to be and feel so nice to sit next to the river while enjoying the beauty of the place. BTW other than boating there was nothing to be done those days. It's a must visit place. The drive towards Dawki is really mesmerizing. Food is also good and reasonable priced in Meghalaya. Good food and good scenic beauty. What else one needs on a holiday?
