I reckon Slappy should send you some trucks or at least some new Hangers simply because your do a really good job at promoting them through your content. Then when I saw you point out in a past video that Slappy is using a pic of one of your ground trucks on their website as advertising I thought they should just have contacted you about it. I hope they see that giving you some trucks would likely be good for business and it's only right if they're already using your work to advertise their product. I really liked the vid you did Acer IKP's you fitted, before seeing that I was hesitant about the Slappy lights with so many reviews saying the standard IKP's repeatedly loosen up on their own. I purchased some Slappy Lights pretty soon after seeing the Acer IKP content and I hope they realize they're missing an opportunity that could be good for both of you. Viewing from Downunder.
Dude thank you so much! Yeah slappy and I are still on good terms but I do get a little salty at the fact I don’t get any recognition from promoting their products so heavily even being in a thrasher ad but they have hooked it up tremendously in the past so I just take my wins as they come and hopefully someday this will pay off! But for now I just will continue growing the awesome community I have going here! Thanks for commenting I truly appreciate it! You rule!
did not like the original formula four 97 formula. Might need to try these. More similar to the 93 soft sliders? How do these compare to bones X formula 97s? Love those
Especially with you saying they feel a bit harder and feel like a 99 I really am hooked now 🙄 sheesh and right when I thought I was done acquiring gear 😅
I got the 55mm and they're rad as fuck. They're comparable to the Powell and Bones 97a, like the Nano Cubic and X-formula 97a. If they used the exact same digits as Powell/Bones, I'd say these are like a 98a durometer. They're just the tiniest bit harder, and do slide better.
Spitfire should just stick to what they do. There's nothing new about these formulas, they just want some of that Dragon/X formula $$. I've always found their durometer ratings to be all over. Every set feels a little different. The 93A SS felt like a 97A to me.
@@vorpalblades #moneygrab but also I appreciate the new updates it’s just at this point I don’t know how they could make a better skateboard wheel! It’s just maybe we need a more accurate urethane wheel rating system so then there’s less differences between brands ! I completely agree with you every brand is different! Thanks for commenting!!!
@@ETANGSKATES gotta remember it’s all marketing ya know to differentiate themselves in the market against there competitors. Powell has amazing wheels so does spitfire. Both USA made. Gotta love that. OJs has had great wheels but they need a little push to improve. But nothing beats 2024 wheels a lot to choose from.
