      You’re welcome! Nothing to be afraid of :) Go at and angle and keep it shallow until you feel comfortable to go deeper.

      THESE VIDEOS ARE ONLY FOR LICENSED ACUPUNCTURIST. Licensed acupuncturists get a 4 year masters degree and are well trained and aware of all the risks of needling the body.

    Thank you so much for the video. I have a question about the angle, as the angle goes with the flow of Qi, is that mean these are all tonification? What about even and reduction technic? Still use the same angle, or use the perpendicular/angle with against the flow of Qi?

      Hello Amy, with reduction or tonification while using this technique, I would focus more on your intent behind the needling and not so much on the direction. I've needled wrist points like this for years for both tonification and reduction and it has worked great. Hope that helps you! Best you can do is start needling your patients and learn through experience.
