Purcased like six of these lights in the past. Not had one go dead bug on me yet. The little Solar panel that comes with them produces Open Circuit 7v 5v loaded at 100mA. You can charge a phone with one over time. Once in a spell you can find them as low as $5.00. Handy little things.
Are these bulbs are the one I see on eBay ? Or should I get them at the local store

You should have mentioned in the video, how long it would take for the solar panel to receive enough sunlight to transfer the power from the panel to the lightbulb at full charge?
Does it take 1 hour? 4 hours ?
I'm assuming that the solar panel is not durable enough to be outdoors year-round in all weather and that the panel does not come with anything on the back to mount it? Thanks.

It gives 3.5 times less than the value written on it, probably a solar cell that will give power around 0.8W in practice. Charges in 5/0.8=6.5 hours.

You will be lucky to get 5 hours of light out of it.
this works while still plugged in as well, keep that in mind meaning if you have a powerbank you will still be able to use it
At 800mah/2.96wh it would last ~2.5-3hrs, at 1200mah ~3.5-4.5hrs
I don't think it is 15w. I used to have a 15w Led bulb in my room. It was extreamly bright I switched to a 9w bulb.

Probably I couldn't see the brightness properly because we are seeing it in a monitor. But still it will need a huge at least 4000mha battery just to run for one hour. I have torned down to couple of rechargeable electronic items (my hobby) and I noticed they use sealed ni-cd batteries, smaller ones as used in UPS. Unlike Lipo batteries these batteries are large and power capacity is low. But they use Ni-cd batteries because they don't need special care and are cheap.
Just my thought :) Guess we never know without poking inside. :)

Not a chamce this is 15w, it would not stay lit for more than 30min with such a battery, it is probably 1-2w...
