Wasn't prepared to see slicked back Pacitti 😂
Pacitti has taken some tough bumps over the years to be fair. The barbed wire table punishment this year was brutal
For sure WCPW days!
Pacitti hasn't taken nearly enough bumps!
The one I remember is Matt Hardy doing the cage leg drop against Edge. He said he was fucked up for a long time, if not still, after that.
He's never really walked well since
It's just not a safe bump. Johnny The Bull Stamboli did a springboard legdrop to the outside onto Terry Funk in WCW in 2000. Johnny would suffer a busted bladder, torn urethra, and a strained pelvis after pulling off the move. Not worth the spot.
Yeah that was the spot that made rethink the leg drop from the second rope every night never mind from 15 odd feet in the air
I am an indie wrestler and have worked with Johnny swinger before. We had a conversation about leg drops and he said they really arent worth doing long term since they'll mess up your tailbone/lower back.
@@justinjc1939 is that why hogan had a lot of surgery on his back
This entire list could be Mick Foley taking all 10 spots 🤯😂🤝🏼
You say that assuming the crazy SOB regrets any of it.
i dont think he regrets them
"since this was the 80s and concussions hadn't been invented yet..." had me cracking up 😂
Rey got done dirty SO MANY TIMES, especially when it came to the Big Show stretcher moment.
Mick Foley and Spike Dudley are watching this thinking, "Pfffft! THAT'S the worst one?!"
Matt Hardy diving leg drop on the top of the cage on Edge should have honorable mention
“Concussions haven’t been invited yet” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Invented*
Concussions were invented on June 24, 2007.
Concussions are never invited. They always crash.
Only the big show could swing a human like a bat. That’s just a crazy image
the difference between vince and Paul heyman booking, paul would see a guy like bigshow and go "well obviously your a killer", Vince sees a guy like show and goes "ahh man idk what to do with you... fuck it lets have you cry on live tv like a bitch"
Big show isn’t even close to being one of the strongest wrestlers.
@@jimlahey3919Take away steroids and he sure the hell is
@@scottflanagan5456 He's tough AF being naturally giant, no question. But Mark Henry literally competed in the Olympics. I'm sure they test a hell of a lot more than WWE ever did.
@@justinjc1939 and Kurt Angle
You know, the cool thing about that Rey Mysterio bump is that he's already strapped to the board. That's just convenience.
I’m two ways about that Big Show and Rey Mysterio bump. On one hand, it must have absolutely sucked for Rey, but at the same time, I can’t help but laugh uproariously watching Big Show drop Rey right on his face
I mean Rey did an interview recently where he basically says it looks worse than he remembers it feeling.
Sometimes i think that DSP took a nasty head bump; how else could he spend over 100k on a WWE mobile phone game.
Yep that dude is a joke
Snort
Worst bump I’ve taken was chokeslam. But that was on me for not just taking the bump. I jumped pretty high and got scared 😅 I’m only 6 matches in tbf. CJ Lionheart of CCW
Respect 🙏
Just use your inside hand & base off the shoulder. If someone shoves you through while you're already flattening out mid air, that's on them. They can follow & drop to the near knee if they want to sell looking forceful, or sit out like Damian Priest. There's no call for pushing the collar bone/neck down once the bump is committed to. Keep in mind a trainee at EWF died from taking said bump wrong & a trainee at APW died from Great Khalid giving him spine busters/powerbombs.
Tuck that chin!& Stay safe.
Bret to Dino: "that doesn't work for me, brother" 😂
I'm shocked Joe Mercury's face exploding wasn't on this list
That was a spot not a bump
Even then, that wasn't planned. Object spots usually go off without a hitch. Mercury wasn't expecting it and he didn't have time to protect himself
That wasn't a bump.
Worst bump was Pacitti taking that chop from the UK Dominator. 👏🏻
Shame that Big Show couldn't hold onto the back board, though I can't say that I'm surprised. Striking something like the ring post with anything similar to a bat really sends jolts through your arms and shoulders. If only Rey's arms hadn't been strapped down; he might have been able to brace himself.
I was thinking Joe's dropkick on the stairs was gonna be on this list but that was TNA. That one is awful.
Yeah, that was one of the dumbest moves i've ever seen
Honorable mention Randy's RKO to Bryan at Mania 30! His poor back :(
What about Harley Race and the table spot with the Hulkster at Saturday Night’s Main Event? That was well before the standard WWE ringside tables. The spot ended his wrestling career, and yes, he regretted taking it, blaming show producers for not knowing you can’t have a table with a metal brace in the center that prevents it from breaking in half.
that table bump stacy keibler took on raw was crazy in 2002 i was just watching that clip of her talking about it with sam roberts stacy is so iconic lol she's the best and a sweetheart in person this is coming from someone who met her in march at an autograph signing in new york she still looks amazing all these years later.
Thank goodness the stretcher was already there for the Mysterio bump!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I still remeber the rey bump. Still funny as hell to this day 😂
No Shane going through plexiglass?
Crazy to think that Angle says that this Chokeslam was the worst bump after not properly going through a glass wall and being dropped on his head like 6 months earlier
Stacy told me that the reason her table bump hurt so badly was because Bubba tried to protect her SO MUCH that it meant her ass was essentially on his stomach when they made impact 🫣
This meant that her body violently buckled backwards and made her land awkwardly on her neck; she experienced temporary paralysis, similar to what happened to Daniel Bryan against Randy Orton when he missed the missile dropkick on Raw 😐
Jake Lionheart and I were talking the other day about bumps we regret taking. The swanton bomb from a ladder onto a table ruined my neck. i overshot it and landed on the edge, causing it to not break. He said taking a running powerbomb to the outside ring post didnit for him. Basically like the clipart.
“This was the 80’s and concussions hadn’t been invented yet” haha 😂 you got me with that one
Wether you like a wrestler or you don't, at least give them the respect that they're due for quite literally breaking themselves for you.
I like how Jake was apprehensive about the move because he didn’t know if Ricky could protect himself. The protection in the ddt is entirely on the person giving the move.
Not entirely. A headlock leaves your arms free to take some of the bump instead of spiking your head full force. yes the person giving it has to hold you low enough to look legit but high enough to not actually let your head impact but like most moves it takes two.
I think the guy who invented the move knows a little bit more about the execution of it than you do.
@@dennett316 you would be wrong :). Imagine thinking that the inventor of anything is always the preeminent authority in it for the rest of time. You are basically saying it’s impossible to ever improve on something.
Jake could have easily let go of Steamboat's head well before getting near the concrete similar to how Triple H lets go of the person's arm while performing the pedigree so they can more easily protect themselves. Instead he delivered the move exactly the same as if they were in the ring leaving it up to Ricky to get his arms up to protect himself.
I remember Rey Mysterio saying the bump with big show hurt him a lot.
Really? Because recently he did an interview where he said it looked worse than it was.
@@kyletucker3811 I think it was with CVV. I could be wrong though and may be misremembering it all.
Broken ribs and sternum?? Jesus
Calling Bill Goldberg a "Big Idiot" would only work if Adam Pacitti says it - as a fellow Adam, I am glad Pacitti is taking the heat from Bill.
That being said, I agree with Bret about Bill being clumsy.
That Mysterio bump, Rey admitted on a podcast that he doesn't even remember doing that. He remembered the match but that part is hazy for him. Dude was concussed
All these bumps that look really painful, but let’s not forget all those bumps Hulk took like the extreme and deadly leg drop that he moans about all the time.
No cap I love when yall do the 10 lists that be making my night fr 😂😂
Canadian destroyer with a 720 degree spin from the top of a 20 foot ladder should be a normal move every wrestler does
WWE fans have been falling off the bloody thing 🤪
Kinda surprised that is wasn't Mick Foley going through the cell, or Joey Mercury and the ladder spot.
Love Cultaholic 😊
Only just realised Logan Paul had AEW written on his tights in that spot with Ricochet.
It’s amazing the casket bump is the one that almost ended HBK. If you watch that match it looks fairly harmless to the naked eye
He said Big show decided to practice his swing😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hell in a cell shoudlve not been a PPV event it should be a main event for a Wreslting event
Since it was the 80s and concussions havent been invented yet😂 Priceless
I'm really surprised you didn't include Vince falling off the cage at St.Valentines Massacre, breaking his tailbone.
The best that Shawn was best at, being Shawn.
I thought for sure you going to say “thankfully, he was already on a stretcher”
Heres why the Bret situation annoys me
Bret smacked the back of his head in that match doing the figure 4 on the ringpost
he wrestled multiple time after that goldberg match
to this day he still bitches about it
Look up "D'lo & Droz" it was an incident where Dlo went to powerbomb droz, droz slipped a little and when he landed became paralyzed FOR LIFE
There have been wrestlers that have died in the ring, that have been permanently paralyzed in the ring, and brett complains he had to retire because of "1 kick" it wasnt 1 kick bret, grow up already
Its like after the screwjob cornette said "Whats he gonna do call the newspaper and say i didnt really lose, thats exactly what he did" ... "he didnt mention hey i never really won those belts someone put me over"
Its been 25 years and bret is still holding onto it, he acts like it completely ruined his life, ignoring that he was 42 when the kick happened.
"bret didnt want to lose by pinfall and rolled out of the ring for a count out" yeah real professional bret, way to shit on everyone there,
Any bump would be the worst bump to take
Yo, that 1st clip made me do a double take LOL
The best there was, the best there is, the best there ever will be - Pacitti
Kicked this one off like hell talking about concussions😂 smh
good thing rey was already on a stretcher
Remember Montez Ford's dive and failed landing in 2020?
#11. Chris Benoit's flying CTE headbutt.
common misconception. the diving headbutt (at least the way benoit and danielson perform it, benoit's head never actually made any impact when he did it) is a relatively safe move. it's the unprotected chair shots to the head that get you. very glad they did away with them, even if a chair shot to the back will never hit the same as a headshot.
If you believe Shawn was hurt in that bump I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you
Concussion weren’t invented yet 😂😂😂
Two lists in one day? Awesome
Brightside he way already on the board for the ambulance
michaels faking another injury doesnt count
Id like to hear what's the worst bump from non WWE guys took. Like guys who haven't popped up there yet I mean.
Honorable mention to butt bumps over time. More than any other plain, non-flying bump that one''ll wear your body down badly.
At least Rey was already on a back board when they took him to a hospital.
Shawn Michaels did not leave b/c he was hurt lol
A Pacitti named Slickback
I was stabbed w a broken florecent bulb and it hit an artery, or the three unprotected chair shots to the head i took🤷🏻
Bret was so perfect, it was almost beyond human
Some people just naturally excel at some things.
You're going to get hurt try not to get injured
No footage? Why even make the video?
Man a recent bump that had to instantly regrettable was a Alabama Slam Michin took on SD from Tiffany Stratton
My son was a indy pro wrestler for 6 years and got really banged up. I was sooo unbelievably happy when he retired at 24 and became a medical rehab trainer
I took a double suplex from the top rope long story short not fun.
Good thing HBK's back healed... right as his WWE contact ended and he needed a job
Yeah I can see that being partly true, but at the same time I've had multiple herniated discs and it takes a WHILE to feel like you're 100%. L4-L5 and L5-S1 were both fully herniated and S1-S2 was a partial herniation. It took me about 2 years before I could struggle picking up weights I never had trouble with before.
It's hilarious that people actually believe Goldberg ended Bret's career with 1 kick, if Bret has brain trauma it's from 20 years of wrestling, not one kick.
Don't bother talking facts mate. People don't listen
True. Goldberg is not to blame for twenty years of brain trauma, only for the concussion that ended Harte’s career.
@endlessnoise9173 all the facts and evidence says otherwise, Goldberg used that kick on everyone and Brets the only person to cry about it, Bret also wrestled other matches after that kick.
This about to be brutal
Triple H vs The murder in the 60 minutes. At some point Triple H attacked the guy with a chair to the back of his head.
jimmy snuka?
a video talking about the worst bumps ever and owen heart didnt get #1? BS
love you adam my my tribal chief
Can you guys ask Dsp about derich?
Brett Hart’s ego was so big that he couldn’t take a pin fall loss at a house show…wow. Lol
The AEW version of this in a few years will be good to watch. I wonder how many will say darby dive
Would be nice if you could actually show the short clips of what happened... most of us will look it up and give other channels more views and likes 🤷🏻♂️ just saying
How did stacy take damage and mae didnt? 😂
By the looks of it, Bubba was leaning back a bit more in that still frame and that puts Stacy's head and neck in the perfect place to take the impact instead of him taking most of it with his butt and supporting her with his legs. If I remember the one with Mae right, she was pretty much on top of Bubbas legs when they hit the tables.
sounds to me like the table wasn't gimmicked properly if she was talking about laying around in splinters afterwards. probably gimmicked well enough to not cause serious damage but hardcore holly had an infamous incident with one that wasn't set up well at all in ECW just to show just how bad a table spot can go

Owen Hart took the most regrettable bump in pro wrestling history. Vince is a turd
At least Ray was already strapped to a
Papusza when Show knocked him out
WWE Fans have been falling off the bloody thing? Since when have fans taken bumps off the cell? 🤔😂
9:55 Before
9:57 After
😂😂
9:05 How I learned Kurt Angel got pregnant.
I remember Rey Mysterio saying the bump with big show hurt him a lot.
