      @@deyanzd Ok, those guys in that video put enough power into their punches and kicks to take anyone out with 1 shot, remember the Dragon, Machida in MMA? How he could land either a punch by moving in fast or that front kick that knocked his opponent out? Both good Shotokan techniques now proven beyond doubt. I could hide behind empty works like useless too, but these techniques work better than you think and we use control, so we dont damage our opponents and they live to fight in another 5 minutes. Just because its not fashionable does not mean it does not work, Machida proved that Shotokan works real well.
