Legend Of The One Eyed Sailor

The Future World Brass was a high energy brass and percussion ensemble that performed at EPCOT from 1982-1992. The group played arrangements by it's own members and featured a lengthy list of very talented musicians over the years. The following video showcases the group in it's final version. My name is Don Sanderson. I played percussion in the group from 1988-1992. Dave Westerskov, the group's leader is the MC introducing the tunes. Enjoy this classic Disney group!

Agreed. I was in the Blue Devils. But Future World Brass was 12 guys and BD was 128.

Dave Westerskov was my section leader at Long Beach State. He was also a fellow Bob Valle student or I should say he was with Bob before I got there. I regret I wasn't in his circles to get into Disney tho. Valle is smiling on him from heaven.
