Heavy rainfall warnings in effect in parts of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick

Environment Canada has issued a series of heavy rainfall warnings and special weather statements for parts of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. The warnings caution that intense downpours could cause flash flooding and localized flooding in low-lying areas.
