Palpatine wasn't directly responsible for the design of the equipment used by any unit of any branch of the Imperial military and Fallen Order only takes place 5 years after the end of the Clone Wars...
Storm troops always had decent aim. The issue is there coordination was none existent. Also were ordered when fighting against Luke skywalker and stuff to intentionally aim from the hip, and miss, but then the force was also making em miss as well.

At this point the recent star wars stuff have painted storm troopers as bumbling idiots. Disney needs to bring the fear and menacing vibe storm troopers once had back again, even if it's only for one scene, like the super battle droid scene in The Mandalorian

The storm troopers were good they just had to fight the heros all the time ( so they needed to died) , while the clone troopers were fighting with the heroes

Shock troopers are superior, with high grade armor (heavy assault) that increases survival in combat. Their firepower is ideal for assisting platoons and such.
So do the clones and they have more experience then the storms but in this game they made them easier to kill as they are mainely showned in the beginning

The imperial military would have more superiority in combat and munitions firepower, do to upgrades and updates per unit (assault brigade, armor division, etc..) republic military is obsolete and heavily degraded due to infantry neurodegeneration, tank inferiority, and naval weakness. Imperial infantry were stronger than before the rebellion era.

Hi i have a question, how do you create NPCs fight in every game like call of duty, GTA 4, Jedi fallen order, and every other games. Do you use a specific program? Btw nice video !
Hello, I don't have a specific program to create NPC fights in every game. For Call of Duty MW2 Remastered I used entity spawner mod and link for it is in the description of my latest video. For gta 4 I used simple trainer's bodyguard spawning function and attacker NPC spawning function. For jedi fallen order I used AI spawner mod. For most of the other games I use console commands but not everygame has a command console. Here are some games you can spawn NPCs with command console: The Witcher 3, Fallout&Skyrim, Kingdom Come Deliverance(with cheat mod), Half Life&Source Engine games, Medal of Honor Allied Assault, Conan Exiles, Dark Messiah Of Might And Magic, Don't Starve, Just Cause 3 (with JC3 Entity Spawner).

Bro how did the clones lose… they have been training for 10 years just for this and they go down so easily. I think stormtroopers are doing more damage since I see the clone troopers getting one shot by a normal stormtrooper.

It's great but honestly too much slo-mo.
I have to use slow motion a lot when it's trooper vs trooper and they can both die with 1 shot, without slow mo first fights would be too fast to watch and in the later fights I would have missed most of the action.
