C4's get slack for being cheap and slow, but that's what makes them so great. They are easily obtainable (for now) have a timeless look and still sound better than most other stock V8's from the time period.
I’ve had a couple C4’s. First one was 2.5” duals with an H pipe with some Flowmaster 40’s. Sounded pretty good outside, unbearable inside. Then I went to a factory LT1 dual setup and deleted the center resonator. It sounded good. My LT1 car I just went with a Corsa Sport system.
Either drop the decibels on the shotgun mic or get rid of it. Too much sound distortion now. I run a shotgun mic on my Sony AX53, always have to drop it to -10.
Love this channel. Inspired me to delete the mufflers on my jag. I think you'd do well to film with something that has a better microphone/speaker that will capture the sound a little better
Hello friends, I am writing to you from Spain, I have a Corvette c4, registered in January 1986, with an L98 engine. "I have an important question, could someone tell me where the VIN number is located on this car?" I only see it at the bottom of the windshield, it seems strange to me that it is not in another visible place. Thanks a lot
I don't like the flowchaser. Should've put a flowmaster flowfx just before the rear Y-pipe, and then used a pair of dynomax race bullets where the flowchasers were.
I cringe every time he calls cars with cats, “FULLY straight piped” .. 😑 Especially since he clearly won’t cut cats and wants people to think he’s got the best service🤣
Dude meant “rotor” and not caliper, but it turns out it didn’t bend the rotor (as that wouldn’t be possible, it’d just crack), but it actually just bent the thin, useless heat shield for the rotor. Good thing he owns an exhaust shop and not a brake shop…lol
Laughed my ass off at 0:50 he kept trying to talk but the corvette kept revving 😆 unfortunat- VROOOM unfortu- VROOM
I love the old interior. I had a 1988 back the in the early 90s. My first Corvette. The dash and gauges in this one reminds me of that car. 👍🏽
Those Flowchasers sound great on that Vette! Never heard of the brand before, but I give it 👍🏼👍🏼
That dude took the hell off lmao and that thing sounds awesome
All the cats need to go but it does sound good the way it is
This car is amazing ⭐

The c4 is VERY POWERFUL
They get slack because the crossfire V8's are about as reliable as a Northstar.
@@howieewalt1322 I always called them the cease-fire
@@howieewalt1322facts but the tpi ones are where it’s at and all the c4s from 85-96 are
Sounds really nice and clean with flowchaser exhaust 🔥
It sounds much much better now.
I’m sure it sounds really good but the mic is on his last breaths 😂💔
I know right. At 0:32 you can hear the level jump up for whatever reason which makes it sound like crap.
i came to say the sae thing. it makes it sound aweful
Our mic finally said I’m
Done 😂
@@exhaustaddictskept hitting those 120db levels and the mic said F this I’m out.
@@juanito937 lol
I like it!
Mustang ? I love this channel
I think that mustang wanted to run! 😮
Why would you keep it a Y-pipe with all of that room?
shouldve just left that 3rd cat off.

We have been having issues with our mic 🎤. Appreciate the feedback
Nice work! 🤘🏻😎🔨 Sounds pretty good.

We have been having a little mic trouble
Why not put 2 1/2 duals all the way out back
Smooth
What exhaust? What model of Flowmaster?
That car didn't come with a 3rd cat

C 6 minimum but I feel ya!
@8:19 it's on
Do people get discounts for you using their car as content? Honest question
Bro that vette been ran hard and put up wet
The tires looks strange on those wheels for some reason...

I cringe every time he says "open headers".. 😑
lol. Almost open headers
@@LoeNateDogg Even the misuse of the work header when it clearly still has factory EXHAUST MANIFOLDS!
What
It's just a muffler delete. 😂
Nice but what was that 2nd one 😂
you need a new mic, brother.
Hellno 😂😂😂😂SMDH trashed
Can't hear it
