I have jacked up EVERY pan of mac n cheese that I have attempted on my smoker. I always try the whole bread crumb thing on top but I'm going to give this a try. It looks pretty straight forward and I love the extra tips you give about thinning it out and the idea of using smoked Gouda is great. Thank you for that and also for not hiding your mistake. Its easy to edit out on TH-cam but at home we have to roll with it so I appreciate the authenticity of your show. Very nice!

WOW!! So easy and delicious!!! Its creamy and a hint of smoke. But the title is all wrong! It' CHEESE, CHEESE and MAC! Better than mashed potatoes as a side dish.
I'm a new follower, but I sort of agree. Should let the butter fully melt before adding the flour, reserve the proper amount of cheese for the topping, and let the top get more browned before removing from the grill. Overall technique needs a little work, this felt rushed and slightly sloppy. But I will say it looks delicious, and I will try it anyway! Your burnt ends recipe did NOT disappoint.
Please for the love of god find a way to do a collab with @GugaFoods !!! That would be awesome. I've used both of your recipes plenty of times and it would be epic to see the two of you cook something together!
