You don't Understand what Flat Earth is. Flat is Not a shape. We make zero claims about an overall shape of Earth. Flat is a description or aspect of a surface. The surface is measured flat via elevation angles to Polaris that derive latitude and elevation angles used in celestial navigation for the purpose of navigating the ground. In cel nav, a 90 degree angle is formed between the observer, the celestial bodies zenith and it's GP or ground position. A 90 degree right angle forms a right triangle. That right triangle has to have a straight, horizontal adjacent or you don't have an angle measurement. You can test that with your CAD program. The distance from the observer to the GP can be as much as 6000 statute miles of flat level horizontal plane established by elevation angles and the physics of water which always seeks it's own level. The globe model is Dead and Not what God created.

plane noun [C] (SURFACE) 1.a flat or level surface that continues (in all directions).
    2. Planet Plane+(t)
The opposite of what it should mean: Round ball in space.
    (Opposite of flat surface)

Psalm 104:5 uses poetic language to describe the earth as being on a solid foundation(immovable), similar to what is mentioned in Job 38:4-6 and Job 26:7. This is to highlight the stability and permanence of God's creation. It doesn't mean the earth is on actual foundations; instead, it means the earth is securely in place, rotating on its axis, and won't drift away.
