Bank failures are likely to continue increasing due to rising interest rates, as it causes their commercial paper and treasuries to become devalued. To prevent a severe economic downturn, it is necessary to implement a freeze on interest rates. Simultaneously, the White House should support the industry in boosting gas and oil production to lower fuel prices. The anti-oil stance only contributes to higher energy costs, leading to inflation throughout the economy. By reducing interest rates, tightening the money supply, cutting government expenditures, and increasing the availability of affordable fuel, inflation will decrease, and the economy will thrive. Unfortunately, various conflicting agendas make it unlikely for all these measures to be implemented, resulting in a recession and persistent inflation.

In light of the ongoing global economic crisis, it is crucial for everyone to prioritize investing in diverse sources of income that are not reliant on the government. This includes exploring opportunities in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the challenging economic situation, it remains a favorable time to consider these investments.

The pathway to substantial returns doesn't solely rely on stocks with significant movements. Instead, it revolves around effectively managing risk relative to reward. By appropriately sizing your positions and capitalizing on your advantage repeatedly, you can progressively work towards achieving your financial goals. This principle applies across various investment approaches, whether it be long-term investing or day trading.

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. I researched and found a licensed advisor who diligently helped grow my reserves despite inflation. Consequently, my reserves increased from $275k to around $750k.

There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five aiyears now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

Good analysis. As a US investor, I will still add to my Canadian bank positions in weakness....despite your analyst.

Agreed 100%, people are living beyond their means hoping government should help them for their irresponsible behaviors.

@@Northern_SquirrelYou're expecting the most incompetent Canadian government in history to help teach people how to live within their means?
Turd-eau literally spent more than all PM's before him COMBINED.
He is the definition of living beyond his means only it's with OUR money.

Just remember that Macklin and Trudeau assured everyone (on camera) that rates were at "historic lows" and not too worry, that they could take on debt without worrying about an interest rate increases.
A year after those comments, they did over 6 rate hikes.
Shame on the government and others to blame people for taking more risk when the government can't balance their cheque book either.

I used to have this same mentality until I hit a point in my life where for a few years I had to penny pinch then rely on family help and then learned to appreciate struggle is and that it can be legitimate
Yes many do have poor habits. But wages relative to cost of living for many does screw people over and rent is practically an entire income now.
Not every consumer that is tapped out or facing struggle due to rising mortgage rates is because they are irresponsible
And anyone that thinks you can only struggle if you make poor decisions that are self inflicted has had it good in life and doesnt know how to relate outside their bubble

Wow clueless. The stock market is not the economy. We are in a recession and markets are going to do the last leg blow off top into summer, then it's all over.
