For someone with EDS this has been trained at high levels to accommodate for this kind of balance as our necks are the most hypermobile with this condition. As for not feeling pain😂 that's BS. To learn and perform contortion involves tolerance on the body, this has to be fostered and its not a painless experience. Also EDS is one of the world's most painful conditions.
