The knowledge about the cars and the specific models, options and years that you know is just amazing. You must have a photographic memory to remember all those details. I barely remember what model and different packages I have on my car. I have a photographic memory, but I don't have any film.

Not sure if you're aware but pretty much any big valuable company has left California in the past 3-4 years.
Its actually been going on since 2016 and earlier.
California is not feasible to live or pay taxes for most regular people.
You gotta remember that the people that stay mostly own property or have a extremely consistent well paying job with many benefits.
If you're starting out are pretty much done for, very few have the determination to succeed in a (political) climate like that.
