Reyna do you remember a backlit vtech computer? I have searched for so long to find the white vtech computer with the greenish backlit from the 90s but i cannot find it the only thing i remember is it had a game where you took care of a dog or cat and the cat would scratch you if you fed it too much lol.
One of my friends had one of those educational laptops like the Talking Whiz Kid Notebook back in third grade. She had a blast with it while in recess.
I loved this smart toy. Got mine as a gift from my older cousin in 1994 when my mom and I came to Miami on vacation from Eritrea and I remember giving it away in 2003 when I was 14 when we moved permanently to Los Angeles. My English really benefited from this toy and all the American movies I watched as a little kid.
Dude...I used to have one of these as a kid. I got it for Christmas, 1994. I actually just found a used one on eBay, still in great condition, that I just purchased...only $20! Looking forward to seeing how my 8-year-old reacts to it - although I'm sure it'll be no match for his tablet, haha.
Dangit I was so sure I had found the one from my childhood. Mine looked identical on the outside from what I can remember. But mine opened with a little cube mascot that danced to a tune. Also remember a "connect-the-dots" game that the AI was unreasonably good at. It would make 13 moves in a row, saying "MY TURN *bloop* MY TURN *bloop* MY TURN." Can't find it anywhere on TH-cam. :(
Is this the Vtech notebook that sometimes says "easy come easy go" I've been looking for a few months but i cannot find the backlit version of this or the game where you could have a cat or a dog and if you did something wrong the cat would scratch you lol
Bring memories I had it has a kid in the 90s
I haven't played with that toy in years!! And I'm still reminiscing!!! 😍

@@Zvrra Nope, I don't know that vtech computer.
My body's 32, but my heart's only 15 months old. I miss this. My favorite games were Mystery Word & Animation Game.
Thanks for the comment! I also choose to keep my heart young!
Man that takes me back. I got an old one at a flea market back in 2003. Loved it.
Whoa.... time machine!!! I received one around 1997 and loved it. Good times.

Harder to put in your pocket than the phones the kids have today!
This is the VTech I had. Didn't realize it was this old. I played mine in the early 2000s!
Kids these days with their fancy phones and iPads....HA! Thanks for the comment!

We got an N64 recently....it's awesome to hear my 10 year old talk about how terrible the graphics are! HA!
So did I in 1993.
The goat of toy laptops
OMGG a such good memories! I gotta find mine from when I was a child
I hope you find it!
This was my first computer as a kid 😂

Loved playing with this as a kid
I wish you got the footage of the robot world game. That’s what I liked the most about the talking whiz kid notebook. Good times!!
It was a really cool find. I was impressed that it even turned on!
I had this one as a kid too! Some of my friends used to do mistakes on purpose just to make the little alien sad. 😔
OMG I REMEMBER THIS!
This is my most watched video!

HA! I didn't know that! I never had one, but I can appreciate how cool it would have been to have one as a kid!
I just found mine, but the batterys are out and if I remember correctly some of the keys on the keyboard don’t work any more
I had that once... but then my young sibs thought it was dirty and tried to clean by dipping it in water...
HA! I would have done the same thing!
