Ric Flair can still wrestle at his age because he always protected himself. He'd bump but in a smart and safe way. Now he can still walk and even could have a decent match if he wanted to. That's the difference between someone who learned his craft and didn't do unsafe things in the ring vs. a gymnast like Osprey.

Ospreay change his wrestling style after the heel turn and that was late 2020 early this year,he didn't do the sasuke special anymore but occasionally he'll do high risk move like 450s or ospreay cutter at the ring apron. Now he do more power move especially his finisher which require carry a lot of weight to his shoulder.

I find it funny that when ospreay faced Vader, Vader was 62 before he passed. He did high flying stuff when it mattered and lasted long enough to have a legacy. While Ospreay is only at 28, has done every flip he can do and doesn’t have much of a history that’ll be remembered in the next 10 years if he’s able to actually wrestle again.

Sort of like wrestling during the time, but now the nba has gone small with faster players that can shoot. Similar to the way wrestling has changed with faster paced high impact wrestling.
