I just want to take the time to thank all of you who watch this documentary. It's been my longest one but my most rewarding, as it challenged me like no other project has as a content creator. This documentary was special for me to make, because I met Phil in 2022 and he gave me my first interview, which absolutely meant the world to me. Drop a comment on what you think about Phil and also who you'd like to see me do a documentary on next. Thank you all for your unending support, this channel doesn't exist without you 💪🏾
Thanks a lot for this documentary. I'm learning a lot about body building, including it's character who are less known by the average guy. I'd like to see a documentary about Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Flex W.
Hands down one of the best bodybuilding documentaries produced in recent times, the amount of research, effort and story telling gone into this production deserves an award.
Absolutely amazing docu! I'm a white Swedish woman, with zero interest in bodybuilding at all and I watched the whole thing in one sitting. I say this as the highest praise for your talent - it really is something to catch my attention and keep me seated in front of something I had no idea I wanted to watch. Thankyou!
Phil Heath is just another example about the influence having BOTH parents in a youths life. It makes a massive difference when it comes to work ethic and standards.
Phil Heath has imo been truly a gift to the world of bodybuilding. His physique is just phenomenal and unforgettable. He fought to be on that stage, earning every second of greatness. Thank you Phil for being a huge contribution on and off of the stage. Your inspiration spoke loud and clear for those who understood your passion and hunger for greatness. Thank you for showing us Phil in this light and giving us this gift and proper tribute to Phil Heath. Wishing you greatness as well 💪🤙
Lol @ 5'11 he's 5'9 actually. Stated by himself. Big Ramy is 5'10 and you can see Big Ramy having an inch over Phil Heath. Phil Heath has the best genetics I've ever seen in a bodybuilder hands down. I will even say in terms of muscle bellies he has better genetics than Ronnie Coleman. He went straight to the top, it took Coleman years and years to be Mr olympia. Also Phil Heath grew waaay quicker than Coleman. I can't believe Phil only competes at 246 - 8 lbs. Even with his narrow frame no one was really out musclein him. His tie ins, insertions, muscle bellies are on another level than any other bodybuilder, bodybuilders needed to be at 280s just to compete. Perfect example Big Ramy in 2017... Big Ramys legs are bigger but because of Phil's abductors in his legs, his legs side to side look as big as Ramys in 2017. I hope he would compete one more time. I'd like for him to come back and get redemption and crush the competition like he did back then. Even the likes of Kai Greene couldn't dethrone Phil. 2018 Phil lost only because of his mid section other wise what muscle groups did Shawn Rhoden beat Phil in? That's why Phil was pissed, voicterous in the Generation Iron interviews. He said where was Shawn beating him in? Shawn was peeled ain't gonna lie, but Phil still had the same level of conditioning, and had waaaaay better hamstrings, and arms than Rhoden. Side triceps Phil destroyed Shawn. But everyone that year focused too much on Phil's stomach making it appear as if Phil wasn't good enough. That to me people is straight up bullshit. Phil shoulda won that year.
This was well done. The way you narrated this was full of respect and made me lean in to listen. The part where he said he exhaled when he came in 2nd really resonated with me because I know someone who threw a wrestling match because he didn't want everything involved with being champion. I never knew of another man who thought like that. Doing your best despite the "consequences" is something I've been working on myself. Thanks for a great video.
To watch him cry on his 7th title speech and to know, as we all know now, what he was going through with the hernia and all that, touch my heart in a very special way, and as an athlete makes me think about what a real champion mindset Phil has and we all would try To emulate 💪💪💪
This is proof that you gotta find something that suits you. Pro basketball just wasn’t in the cards for Phil but bodybuilding was perfect for his structure.
That was just the most insane documentary that I've seen, especially considering your channel is most definitely still in its infancy. You like Phil are going places. Keep it up 💪
It wasn't until after I matured into sports science that I really started paying attention to Phil as an athlete and business, Phil is truly a genius at what he does
Absolutely incredible documentary! The depth and detail you’ve captured on Phil Heath’s journey are truly inspiring. It not only highlights his phenomenal achievements in bodybuilding and at Mr. Olympia but also delves deep into his mindset, discipline, and relentless drive. The interviews, historical context, and behind-the-scenes footage were all top-notch, making this a must-watch for any bodybuilding fan or anyone seeking motivation. Kudos to Large Koffi for such high-quality storytelling - you’ve truly done justice to Phil Heath’s legacy! 💪🔥🔥
Bro bravo!! Keep up genuine content like this! This is amazingly well put together keep grinding on that craft or creating. This brings back so many memories when I was first getting into watching bodybuilding and to come around on the back end to realize the amazingly impressive person Phil was is just awesome!
Stumbled across this video, you done a fantastic job and I hope Phil gets to see this and you extremely hard work you put in to give a true as possible representation of his career. Very well done.
This is one of the best documentaries I’ve ever watched. This person who who put this together, you did a good job putting this 2+ hour documentary together.

Well done brother, I watched the whole Documentary and enjoyed it. Neutral, Informative, just how documentaries ought to be made.

Very nice documentary indeed. Watched it and it flew by. You obviously, as we all should, respect Phil tremendously. He deserves the praise. Thx for sharing brother.
I'd never had a strong opinion one way or another on Phil Heath, but after watching this exceptionally well done documentary, I have to say I'm a fan of his now.
Great documentary. You were truly able to paint a deeply human portrait of a bodybuilder I had previously only seen in passing. Those fleeting impressions hadn't allowed me to appreciate him as much as other bodybuilding legends, but your efforts changed that for me. I used to see just a muscular giant, but you revealed a character and history as rich and layered as his impressive physique. Thank you and Mr. Heath for reminding me that a person is shaped by all of their experiences, and that seeing only fragments can give a distorted view of the individual beneath. Hats off to you and everyone who genuinely represents this sport.
phil is just amazing, kai green and phil made some interesting moments, two passionate athletes, loved it, they kept things to a really competitive level no matter what
I remember when I first saw Phil in a magazine before his Olympia debut. Immediately I felt that there was something special about this boy. You just knew he will hold that Sandow trophy in his hands. It's going to be a long time before we see anyone like Phil step on stage.

When I watched Generation Iron, years ago, I had a dislike for Phil Heath. Then a couple of years ago I watched a sit down with Michael Franzese and Phil Heath. It was fascinating. I gained a healthy respect for Phil Health.
Thanks for the documentary. Youve got me enjoying the video so much because I miss Phil so much. He brought an air of excitement that is sadly absent in today's bodybuilding scene.
