Hey, I have a question. So you see how the chip in this scooter is placed in like a plastic case. Does this mean this is a good quality scooter because the chip looks more higher quality. I also see that the chip is blue and in other scooter models I see the chip is red and others green and they don't have the plastic case around them. Which one is the more higher quality?

I have seen many Balance Wheels on the Market, I am roughly 260lbs. Most of the devices only say 100KG 220lbs or 120Kg 265lbs. Would you recommend 10 inch or 8 inch wheel? Most 8 inch devices are only 100kg, will that possible overheat the battery because its working harder?

Hey so the two pieces on my device pull apart at the center. I imagine i am missing an internal component that stops the pieces from sliding along the center shaft. What do you think i could do to fix this problem? Thanks

I know it's been awhile since you used this video but I just got one from LScooter and it has a bigger than usual gap in-between the foot pedals and I can push it in but it speeds out again! it also creeks, the website has not contact info, what should I do or could you tell me how to fix it, I tried unscrewing the back but it dident come of, it might be clip or something but it dident just pop off like in the video!

I have been asking this question everywhere: my scooter shakes on left side and will not balance. the right side seems to somewhat work but turns off with the left. I opened the back and looked to see if pressure pads were good and they look solid. What is the problem? Do I need a new gyroscope or two? I have several of these things and two of them already went bad.

Nice video. I was having trouble with a rattling sound in one side of my swegway. I decided I might as well take off one of the plates to get a better look at it. Turns out, it was a spare screw just rolling around inside; there was no place that was missing a screw as far as I could see!
Any thoughts as to where it may have come from.

I have one of these fancy gadgets and I was riding at the mall and I guess the little rod in the middle fell out I haven't opened it up and looked at it but the whole thing can turn in a circle how can I fix the rod or do you have any suggestions on how to fix it ? Thank you !!

Hey man I have a question and you seem like you know quite a bit about the product. I just received mine yesterday in the mail and used it for about an hour or 2. It then started beeping repeatedly and the red battery light came on so I put to charge for about 2 hours. Once I unplugged it and turned it back on, after a few minutes of use it started doing the same thing. The green battery started flashing first, then it turned red and the board started beeping nonstop. Does it need to be charged longer? Or it is defective? Please help. Thanks!

+GenKDaGamer - FIFA 16 TRADING AND INVESTING If you're going to DIY, don't copy the crappy half-shell die-cast magnesium frame. Machine it out of steel or a good Alum alloy. Based on what I see ALL FRAMES will collapse within 1-2 years of use. Also, make your own battery pack with high C rated lipos for long life. Good luck.

Not true. The motor is inside the wheel.
So only 1 side works. The left side works, but the right side does nothing when i put my foot down. No light. No power. no motor. I just spin in circles with the left side working.

My smart balance scooter has a circle red light and only one of the sides actually works. I tried to recalibrate it but the light just wont go away and now the whole machine just wont turn off

the left side of my segway doesn't work, i calibrated it last night and since then it has just stopped working. when i power on both green lights on top stay on and the blue light on the left stays on and that side doesn't work, the right side works normally. Please help i really don't want to send back. Like i said it was fine until i calibrated it.

Is anybody capable of telling me how to repair one of my boards? The dying battery indicator and alarm go off after about 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile after a full charge, but continue's to work for several more hours.

+Vu Hoang Dieu Anh It's the two black identical units next to the wheels. What he calls "motor" in the video. Those are the gyroscope assemblies. The actual engines are in the wheels.

VisedMonster8 it's like you have a burnt fuse or blown capacitor check your main logic board for signs of an electrical discharge or a bulging capacitor

iRepairMD TH-cam i had same problem just checked the insides and all the capacitors and fuses look good.. only thing is one of the connectors for the light is showing low voltage

Phillip Allen it is something that you can propellant get from your local home depot. I would take the broken one with you for measurement
