CCMA takes its new rules to the people

The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) is taking its new rules to the people, with a series of workshops across the country on amended CCMA Rules and Forms. The changes took effect on the 24th following their promulgation. The amendments among others aim to ensure more compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as more South Africans file their cases virtually.
