Hi. Won case at CCMA 17 July, They filed Review application on the 28 August, Security bond paid on the 9 September 2023. Got a call from applicant lawyer on the 03 July 2024 for settlement. Settlement refused by responded. My question is: When is the estimated date for final sitting(court date) to finalise my case.. Thank you in advance...
My question is regarding the Labour Court practice manual section 15.2 rule 30 (3A), whether or not a applicant can file written submissions in reply after the Respondent filed their written submissions? or is this practice only applicable in the filing of founding affidavits?
