As a casual who longed for a PvE extraction shooter but never had the time to deeply delve into SPT modding, IRR is a project I'm really looking forward to seeing where it would evolve. I really liked the basics of the game when playing it back in July, but seeing all the recent content drops, I'll definitely revisit it as soon as my winter holiday starts. Thank you for your extensive devlog, and keep up the excellent work. You're truly cooking something that most players looking for a PvE extraction shooter can look forward to. :)
I discovered the game randomly on steam. I thought it looks actually pretty good on the steam page. I had low expectations because of Early Access. I was suprised in a good way and I enjoy the game. Keep up the good work, one day this will be good PvE game with a lot of stuff. So far I am loving it, even tho some quests tend to be repetetive (as expected with Early access), but I still enjoy the shootouts with NPC's and playing with friends. Thanks for basically creating Gray Zone warfare PvE with better performance or Tarkov with better performance and better AI. It might be a long journey but together we can make it! Worth the buy.
Also, the way the devs made gun parts highlight what the other parts they go with, is a great time saver. Used spend hours trying to figure out what part went on what gun. It got a bit tedious. Awesome.
I feel like a proud parent seeing this game grow to where it is today. Been part of the early days and really appreciate all the devs and testers who made this game better than expected. Kudos!
Ill admit i was a bit sceptical when i first played the previous build, but this update has really, really upped the ante. Hell i'd have payed the cost of entry a second time just for the update alone. The fact you guys interact with the community so much and keep your finger on the pulse is the icing on the cake. Keep it up guys, its really coming along!

I love this game. I've been wanting a SP Tarkov-like experience for a long time. This latest update was awesome and I can't wait for the next big content push. And yes, I'm aware of the SBT mod, but that's not made by BG.
Love the game! The Quarry map is great, but I feel like the interiors could use a bit more detail. The foliage looks awesome, but the inside areas feel a bit empty. Would love to see them a little more dense and lived-in. Other than that, you're on the right track-keep up the great work!
A lot of us are definitely enjoying the game right now, thanks for sticking with it. I have two requests: 1) customization options for clothing, maybe as rewards and 2) the canted point shooting seems kind of pointless when high optics like LPVOs still block half of my screen. 3) I really like the inclusion of the new ammo types but it’s really difficult to read for me personally.
Just started playing this game again, haven't played since June. What a difference. You developers are doing a great job, awesome, Thanks. Could I make one suggestion? When looting, I crouch to stay out of sight but as soon as I push loot button, I stand up. Be good if you could stay crouched while looting enemy etc. Great game.
At some point are we going to have the AI speak Vietnamese? That would greatly increase immersion. I have been following this game since Projects Quarantine, I would love to see this game succeed. A lot of these improvements show promise and I can't wait to test out the stealth aspect of hiding in bushes and the new armour penetration tweaks.
I'm hopeful towards this game the same way I am towards grey zone warfare. They both have a focus on things I always wished shooters focused on more. But for both of these games, the AI is going to be the big sticking point, especially so for this one since its the AI that you are going to be fighting.

I still think the large bases should be completely filled with AI since they would be heavily populated IRL. In the settings, we could have AI count to mix and match with the difficulty level aka low, medium, high, horde?
Are you guys planning on addressing the awful footsteps audio? That's my main issue with the game. Whenever an enemy starts walking towards me it's impossible to gauge their distance because they sound waaaaay closer than they actually are
I can't be the only one who's curious about the storyline of this game's setting? Why is Vietnam in conflict, again? Has the communist government collapsed? Are the VLF pro or anti the government? What are the other two factions' interests?
You dropped a video about things you added last month? I picked up Incursion at the start of October and all of this was already in the game. You're already a month deep and several hotfixes into 1.1.0.0. Hell we aren't even on 1.1.0.0 anymore, we're already on 1.1.0.5. I love the game and appreciate the hard work y'all are doing, but you shouldn't make a habit of dropping month old news as if you JUST pushed this stuff.
One thing I have been wondering from an immersion perspective is why all the bad guys look western and sound American if they are supposed to be Vietnamese? I could see there might be a thin line in terms of trying to have characters speak English with a Vietnamese accent without potentially coming across as offensive to some. But I am even less sure as to why they don't even look Vietnamese. It doesn't make me hate the game or anything, just curious. On the contrary I enjoy this game and think it has tons of potential. Dying sucks!

I still wish this game was more Southeast Asian in its content, seeing that it takes place in Vietnam. As of yet there is not a single weapon in the game that is exclusive to the region (Chinese weapons, Vietnamese AK versions), there are no SEA protagonists, and even the environmental story-telling is off: BTR-82As in Vietnam, big factories in the middle of the jungle etc. etc. It just feels and looks and sounds like your favorite shooter set in Eastern Europe (Stalker, Tarkov) teleported to Southeast Asian with no effort whatsoever to make it more Asian, except for having jungle-y trees. The game seems legit and it plays legit (tried it out on release) but this is just not good enough for me. If I want to use weapons like the PP19 and fight Russian/American PMCs, I just go play Tarkov. If I want Tarkov copied into a jungle region, I play Gray Zone Warfare. Both have PvE/solo modes by now. So why would I play this game?
The Ai need to be harder I'm playing on hard but it is way to easy, a few things need fixing the sound is bad you'll get sounds from ai as if there next to you ie behind a wall when investigated the sound jumps to 10s of meters away. Then there are the invisible walls and terrain that appears to be there but when walked on its non existent. Please fix sound and make AI alot harder. Aslo AI will see you through walls this is bad and needs fixing. Tweak the forest sound its way to high ie insects.
Only one thing - in HIDEOUT those background music is terrible, like from some psyhological horror :-/ If game action is in nowadays Vietnam - put somewere next to computer an RADIO RECEVIER with on/off option and from it should play ONLINE VIETNAMESE RADIO ! That would do mirracles for in-game world immersion. If someone would not like it - be able to off radio-music totally. That would be houndred times better than those ambient horror music, Przemek - Polish Army veteran after Iraq and Afghanista deployments. PS. Great gunplay and enemy IA especially now after recient updates
Please dont go the same route that tarkov went and make the bosses superhuman, its kinda immersion breaking. Would be cool if they just had better gear and aim/tactics. I hate bullet spongy or downright stupid mechanics like the tarkov bosses have
It definitely has promise. I enjoy the gun-play just hope that some more indepth task to complete are implemented soon. It just gets boring after a couple of matches
I was losing hope on early access games but this one is killing it, looks and plays sick and being killed by the AI is alot less annoying than being killed by some dirty rat extraction camper, good job guys

My biggest issue is the enemy footsteps and overall audio. Footsteps sound like they are right on top of me but they're really far away

Last time I played (2 weeks ago) audio was still very weird. Estimating distance to enemies was extremely hard :/

Does this game have controller support ?
no meantion of audio work, sound location and distance is bad and makes locating enemies tough, from repeated dialog to footsteps
