      Hi it’s best used within 3 months but saying that I keep mine over 6 months and it tastes even better 😁👌🏻

      Hi Ramesh yes it stays cloudy for some time but the longer it’s kept still it settles down and tastes a lot better in time .❤️🙏🏽

    Need not stir the mixture everyday for those 6 days?
    Can the strained ginger be reused or consumed

      No you need to let it all rest without stirring it, and you can wash out the ginger and reuse it for ginger tea , but for anything else it would have become weak to get much flavour from it .

      Hi thanks for your positive comments, and yes for this ginger the yeast is necessary and you can keep the ginger wine for up to a year . 👌🏻🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

      If you do it will be a weaker wine and not so good , I know it’s a lot of waste to throw it away .

      Yes Ginger wine gets ready in 4-7 days as my mum use to make it every year 👌🏻👍🏻

    My wine tastes good. But the sugar feels less. Then, how do i make it clear? It very cloudy.

      Hi Joyce, Let all the sediment settle to the bottom by leaving the bottle untouched for a day or two, the longer you leave it the clearer it will become.👌🏻❤️🙏🏽

      It's not an ingredient. It's thename of a drink made with ginger chilli's spices sugar lime juice

      Hi Cheryl, I believe you can , but I’ve never tried it without the yeast , without the yeast it will then have to ferment naturally and will need to be consumed soon after making it 🙏🏽👌🏻

    My Nana used to keep stirring it for 21 days.....if you put that cork on before 21 days, you'll hear it pop out in the middle of the night in the kitchen and you'd wonder who did it...

      If you have an air lock, you won’t hear the pop in the middle of the night. The fermentation produces CO2 which needs to escape out

    Hi Pearl, I had some other recipe, but your recipe is awesome with all the spices. But the sweetness was less, so added extra sugar. The sound quality of clip is too low and can't be heard clearly. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

    Y did you add the chilly, tail end filtering you should have added a muslin cloth to filter out the dregs tiny particils but I am still confused about the chilly 🤔🤔
