I'm always telling people you need to keep your mind active, and not just normal daily tasks like kids and work, but making yourself better and better, which means alone time now and then to work on it. Hiking gives me the biggest joy and excitement especially during the pandemic where everyone was locked down and my mouth&nose (by mask) is covered most of the time outside. You'll appreciate the cleanest/purest oxygen flowing in from your nostrils through your lungs and out. And you'll be amazed how trees provide the oxygen that you breathe and the beauty of nature that is perfectly designed by the Creator.
