Yo Nick!! I've been on the program for about 5 months. You just answered a question I just had today when you were speaking of "Game Changers" and the vegetables giving more endurance to the muscles than any other food and your wood chopping story. I had watched that early on and forgot they mentioned that. So today while I swam over a mile (cant even believe I can say that right now) so today I was actually thinking I can probably swim another 1/2 mile and then was thinking my endurance is freakishly off the charts.. I just started swimming again 3 weeks ago.. But thats got to be it the veggies and muscle endurance . Btw I pound down the greens, green smoothies and green juice daily and have for 5 months every day. Good Luck and God Bless! -Tucker
Thank you for telling about blueberries! I am doing very well on bananas, organic apples, pears, cantaloupe, tangerines. So I decided to try blueberries (Clint highlighted on introduction list). I wasn’t greedy, I had only 10. I felt awful for 5 days. I did not get pain or swelling in my joints. It was generalised fatigue and aches in joints, strange feeling in my hands, I could not sleep well. But after 5 days I am back to normal. I am wondering if this was from pesticides on blueberries despite that I washed well. I will try next time in summer from blueberry bush that grows in my back garden. I peel my apples and pears, we can’t peel blueberries 😂.
What you never address is the underline chronic infections like EBV, Lyme Borelia, Bartonella. No one will recover until these are addressed too Restricted diets for life are not sustainable. People have similar results by eating only meat too, but it is not sustainable either. Treat the infections and you may be able to eat a more balanced diet. I agree eggs and wheat need to be avoided for life though even by the “healthy” so called people
