- 酸辣菜、菜脚或福建人称的菜尾是一道在马来西亚非常受欢迎，刺激味蕾的一道菜。带有酸、甜、咸、和辣味，酸辣菜配上白饭真的十分开胃，吃了一口还想再吃。酸辣菜是用节日所剩的肉类如鸡，鸭，猪（所谓的菜尾）熬出一锅香浓的汤底，再加上酸菜，阿三片、辣椒干和芥菜煮成一锅。香浓带劲的一品锅，简单又美味，大家不妨试一试 😄😄👍
Spicy sour mustard green is an intense and flavorful popular Malaysian Chinese dish. It incorporates the taste of sweetness, sourness, saltiness, and a hint of spiciness all in one pot of goodness which will accommodate each of our taste buds. Accompanied with steamed white rice, this dish is highly addictive. Spicy sour mustard green is cooked by using leftover meat, (as indicated by their name ‘菜尾’ literally means leftovers) stewed with pickled mustard, assam pieces, dried chili and mustard greens to create an appetizing bowl of stew. Aromatic and full of flavor, it is simple and delicious.
