Takeuchi Excavator: Will It Ever Run Again?

This video is Part 1 of how much can I destroy the engine of an abandoned excavator. I received this excavator that has been partially parted out. I get all the missing parts installed just to find the oil pickup laying in the oil pan. Next will be the rebuild and test finally. Enjoy and Thanks for watching!

Have you tried fresh diesel? Maybe pick up from a different tank. Could be diesel bug. Best of luck! Looking forward to an update!

As soon as i seen the "rentals" on the side, I knew it was going to be a piece of work. A guy i watched on youtube Steve Benefield, he pronounced it as "takkaoochie" lol His skid steer was "Mr. Takeuchi"
