Literally all they need to do is give us dragon eggs in the Dragon Pass, instead of full grown dragons. Problem solved for everyone.
Yea I just got this game and was kinda curious why the pass gives you full grown drsgons... like why not eggs with challenges n stuff?
I don't want a dragon I want incentive to play, I've only been on this game for 4 days and I have all the 3eggs you start with hatched and all the dragons from the pass and I've already bought one character; in a week. By 3 weeks I'll have everything unlocked In the game and have close to 25 dragons(which all perform the same ya?). By 8 weeks I'll be boredom this gameplay having no reason left to play 😢
Forcing people to pay to unlock dragons is what instantly plummets player base
imagine if there was a pve event that would happen once every week for a day where you and 3 other people do a pve style event fending off dragons before the leader of the clade of dragons comes out and you have to work together to kill it. but before reaching the alpha, you need to get through 3 areas that have 1 nest each (1 egg but small chance of 2) and everyone goes to collect. the first 3 areas only give out rare - epic eggs but the alpha's nest which is unlocked after killing it has a 10% chance of being a legendary, But there are only specific legendaries allowed to be in this mode. Also the skins you would get out of the eggs would depend on where you are and what type of species the clade is, so like in the rainforests you might get the vinedrake species or iron wings.
Edit: forgot to mention that this could include duplicate species where you can get duplicates of the same dragon and sell them off to other players or for a set price (like about 15k for rares and 20k for epics) Or you can just skip the growing process and sell the eggs themselves for a lower price (so like 10k for rare and 12.5k for epic)
well.... the old weekly chest used to only have one egg (an ironwing) so the shop has always been the only real option sadly. And since there has only been 1 new egg this season I wouldn't hold my breath.
To be fair all cosmetics are strictly fashion only so its not too bad. Yeah the prices are ass but none provide any sort of paid power. Unless you play better if you look better.

Theme i just downloaded yesterday and i love the gameplay. And the search for eggs armed like it would be fun. But then i stated thinking it was locked behind the season. And you confirmed. I should have known a free to play game would be a money pit.
didn't play yet but this seems like a scummy way of locking new and potentially OP released dragon behind a pay wall. Thats the kind of mentality that kills games.
It's just a skin. No real skills. That said, the paywall killed my enjoyment of the game.
I wish we can get the old skins back one day, because they were awesome. Sadly they are gone as they were a part of the leveling system, that has been replaced with the session pass

Remember when I got my first egg (it was a dusty ruins phantom) and I remember having so much fun doing the quests and know well I don’t use it 😂

That's fcking bullshit. The fact that if you play long enough, having skins is just about who spent more or less money and when. Completely ruins the game experience since it takes you back to real life whenver you see a cool dragon skin from another player " oh, he spent x amount for this shit, but it is REAALY worth it? " MONEY HUNGRY INDUSTRY DISGUNSTING

I got this game when it first came out, before seasons were a thing. I stopped playing after the crimson spoils event ended and im just now getting back into the game, absolutely nothing has changed but my levels reset and im missing a legendary or epic dragon egg or baby. I wish there was a dragon/egg shop where you can see all dragons and unlock them with either silver or gems
Every now and then there is a mini event that allows you to get chests, and in those chests you can get dragón eggs

Is the... er, dragon sight system, where fighting different skins increases a percentage, just about unlocking the info veiwer and not getting eggs?
Also I've heard that by spending starcoins, the player gets gems, is that true?
I'm feeling a bit hollow about this news, the egg hatching idea is really cool and I just want the golden tipped porcupine phantom boy...

Well thank you. What do you do with the little golden stars you get for each level if you don’t have the battle pass?
In the battlepass there are some free tiers you can use those stars for that but yeah nothing else
Sad that they reduced the amount of worthwhile stuff you can get for free by a landslide..
How do you unlock the other cosmetic items? I've been googling and the game does a bad job explaining. I would like a different helmet.
They update the daily part of the store, which can include helmets which you can buy with the coins or gems, not sure of any other ways apart from that though.
Hi had a doubt that for same class those stats for one dragon to another changes like speed damage etc
As far as I know speed stays the same for all but health and shield varies between dragons and classes.

What is the coin earn rate like? I’ve literally just downloaded this and wanna know if I should be saving for eggs right from the start?
If you're brand new I would rather save coins to spend on the extra classes. I think they should cost you 20k each. It's gonna be a grind but if you complete the daily and weekly quests you should be getting a decent amount.

You got the reward in the pass like you got you're reward in exchange of the star that you got wen you level up

Is dying because we cant get free eggs and there is no advertising or marketing
They will be re-introducing overarching progress levels to the game in the future so hopefully that will feature eggs as well. Fingers crossed it's not to late.

Alright. Yeah. Im uninstalling. Its a waste of time and not really viable for "free to play" players. I'm not spending money on this game. This is ridiculous.
Viable? There's no bonus for having a legendary dragon, and most of them look a little silly I like a good ol fashion bloodchaser and coins are easy enough to get especially with the season pass. Though the season pass could updated already it's been ages!
