Thanks to everyone that helped out in many different and various ways big and small. A lot of blood, sweat and long nights went into this build a long the way.
A big budget was also spent on the filming over the past 3 months. Although I’ve had a lot of help a fair bit of coin has been invested into the rebuild as well. Combined we have gone overboard for sure but we have truly created a one of a kind and very unique beast of a Landcruiser with my 2013 79 series.
I hope you all enjoyed the build. Time for me to head back bush and do what I used to do...

Bro i never comment on anything on here but the fact that you planned this video for so long and how special of a build it is to you and everything! I love the video of course and the channel but bro you should start recording in 4K and especially this video! It would’ve been so sick to see it the whole thing in 4K but something to think about!
Love the channel of course as always!
Also talk to your Rhino buddies to make a kit for State (US) Tacomas and make em customizable!
Cheers to you my Australian Friend 🔥🔥

Ronny Dahl whats the diameter difference between 315/70r17 RAZR MT and the 35x12.50-16 Treps? If both are free standing with 35 psi I would think that the bias ply Treps will be closer in diameter than the official stats suggest. Also is thier side mirrors avialable for a 79 Series that can be folded back for narrow tracks ?

@@momentum4th104 well he’s not extended or coiled it like everyone else, and has done a completely new custom style of interior unlike everyone’s else and has stuck to the light weight touring option instead of tray and canopy combo from either Mits or Norweld.. so it is unique on the 79 build front. After many hours of trial and error, RND for this vehicle has it looking and sounding sweet. Great Job Ronny.

His 79 bonnet doesn't even have bonnet strut but his fridge does :). IMO I still prefer the previous iteration, I feel that more thought was being put into it. The idea of going lightweight whilst others bragging about how heavy their GCM going off-roading was so refreshing.

More seriously, I think it's interesting to see how much it's about changing the way you think, rather than changing the way stuff is built.
If you think you need a canopy and/or a dogbox, that's what you end up fitting... and it all takes up weight.
If you think you're going to get all your stuff in a couple of drawers and cubbies, you'll find a way to make that work... and it'll be much lighter.

Second Air, remember when Roothy got these well over a decade ago in milo on 4wdMonthly Fraser DVD . Bought a Set back then and they were awesome in my old comp truck but a shit to balance as I also drove my Comp trucks on the Road

The 4 seat conversion looks good and can see obvious reasons for it.

Would look sick with some proline auto halos or demon eyes you also get a custom grill that says sleipner

Ronny, that‘s for sure the best 79 I‘ve ever seen , congrats!
    For Q&A next sunday:
    - are there seat covers available for the Scheelmann XL? Have also these XL seats installed in my Troopy and could not find any seat covers fitting
    - could you give more datails on the break booster and break upgrade you‘ve done, every LC70 should have one...
    Cheers, mate!

Those are two questions that didn’t make it in as there are so many.
Seat covers are available as far as I know but I’d hit scheelman up to make sure.
The brake booster I’m not 💯 on the details but it’s the one recommended by superior engineering and swat.

A 79 series that's all done up because it's owned by a bogan with too much money, nothing unusual about that friend.
