Putting the Bosch Universal Plus to the test. Can it handle a quad batch of cookie dough?!

Rumor has it this Bosch Universal Plus can make 4 batches of dough AT ONCE. That’s miracle work right there.
My KitchenAid Pro 6 series handled 3 batches, MAX. 2 batches on the regular. So this is really game changing if the new mixer can handle 4 batches!

EDITED TO ADD: I used the cookie paddles for this challenge, I will likely use the dough hook for all future mixing as I’ve learned the cookie paddles are actually weak. But clearly things were fine in my video. Thanks for understanding!
