    Thank you for this incredible interview. You two are truly inspiring..this information is really helpful and has given me much insight. Have been binging on it non stop...it makes me hopeful and energised to continue to take action and improve my health everyday....Thank you for sharing your experiences and challenges...Sami mentioned something in particular and I can't remember if it was on this video on Dr Chaffee's channel....the fact that she did not have family or doctors to support her with a her Cancer and metabolic health journey if I understood it correctly....so many of us can relate to this and that really touched my heart that I am not alone in this particular aspect many of us experience...though I must say...not having a doctor or family support has opened the door for me to take charge and responsibility for my health despite being a difficult road to navigate at the same time and at times feeling lonely and isolated. Thank goodness for TH-cam and books and to
    You all who take charge to share your knowledge and experiences...It has given me much support and hope....blessings all around 🙏🏾🍀🌸🌻☘️ and to you both Thank you!

    I loved the discussion. She is quite knowledgeable!
    Yes blood ph is tightly controlled. However, sodium bicarbonate can temporarily elevate ph in blood. Sodium probably also feels good on keto, as we are typically deficient in sodium. I’m always on the low side of sodium.
    I read in a book from an integrative oncologist that was using sodium bicarbonate or potassium bicarbonate, depending on which electrolyte your body needed.

    I have heard one person saying the mushrooms gave her a psychotic breakdown. Got her into the psyche ward where they gave her ability and screwed her completely.

      Oh yes, this is a potent medicine. In Canada, it has been legalized for end-of-life purposes. When used in a safe and controlled environment, and after careful screening for potential contraindications such as schizophrenia and certain heart conditions, it is considered safer than a cup of coffee. There are numerous studies supporting its use in end-of-life care, and it is regarded as one of the most significant psychiatric interventions to date. In this context, it is indeed safer than a cup of coffee. Moreover, in Canada, it has been found to extend the lives of patients with stage 4 cancer. I recommend reading the article "The Trip Treatment" by Michael Pollan in the New York Times, as well as the studies conducted by Shawn Hopkins. There is a wealth of information available on this topic. When used appropriately, it is a remarkably safe and effective medicine. However, self-administration can be hazardous.

    Don't add the onions to your liver dish. Carmelized onions have sugar, thats why they carmelize.

    @jasonwatson6104 pls buy calf liver - it is preferable over beef liver. It can be sautéed with butter or olive oil. It needs to be cleaned and pounded a bit before frying/sautéing.

    Let me just say that I am quite confident that wheat causes psychological manifestations like anxiety, dread, obsessiveness, add, addictions and perhaps more in not an insignificant number of people. This based on just years of observing myself and others.
    For example, when I explain to people wheat vs dairy can cause health problems, a known fact, they’re far more defensive and sometimes even aggressive when the subject is wheat vs dairy.

    • @jasonwatson6104
      @jasonwatson6104  หลายเดือนก่อน

      It definitely looks like it does! Definitely anxiety, I think.

      @@jasonwatson6104 I can tell when I’ve been wheated. I start thinking “what’s the point in living” and racing circular negative thoughts. Then my face gets splotchy and dandruffy a few days later. Even wheat based vodka with no gluten.
