Yes, with the exception of the larger building sizes. Those would be too heavy after being finished out. Also, the building finishes may be damaged when moving because the building will flex when being loaded, unloaded, and setup. Best case scenario would be to finish it out at its final location.

@@bigwsportablebuildings6153 I think i stopped by one of their retailers on SR 27 between Sebring and Lake Placid and talked to the owner in great length. He mentioned some had be legalized as secondary dwellings, but the challenge with using it as a primary dwelling is the minimum dwelling size which is usually north of 750SQF. They would have to upgraded with metal straps, better doors/windows and floors. FYI I've heard some tiny home manufacturers have been able to get some small counties in Florida to bend their minimum dwelling size to 400SQF and they drop Florida approved buildings onto cement foundations on residential (non-mobile lots) legally! The problem is their prices are ridiculously high very expensive delivery and installation. Like $90k for 400sqf home turnkey...

Wow. . .extremely stupid to put one of these on payments and very stupid to buy from a dealer. Neighbor had a contractor build a 14x32 for $5,800 less than these thieves wanted. And. . .it was built better!
The wood is extremely expensive to build now- some of the wood beams underneath it is like $57 each . wood sheets are like $30 each- 2x4's are almost $10 each- Its really hard to get any wood now - most is reserved at the big box stores for contractors doing big builds (new construction).
I brought a Dirksen with urethane wood- i found it hard to even put nails in it with a hammer, with a front porch (not to take away from the square footage of the inside- round table and 2 chairs on the porch and had it done ,adding a kitchen and bathroom- You can pay it off faster and it doesn't cost as much- i put insurance against damage on mine , while paying payments. Paid it off way ahead of time! They are built really well.
Would make a lovely house for 1 person to live in something like that.
