The bathroom with the white walls made it look even bigger than it was. They put their personalities on the build and decor and hit a HOME RUN. I agree that kitchen looks way bigger from the inside than outside. I love that you can pull out both those cabinets to make another countertop. So smart and using the metal storage box for a pantry. Love the giant fan up top to move that air. It makes 72° feel like 68 I'm sure. Those beds are to die for too. WHERE did you get them. They're absolutely gorgeous. And that bathroom looks even big enough for me. (I'm probably bigger around than Pat). Y'all did an awesome job. Thanks for your service Mr Pat.
They did an outstanding job on their shed to house. Love the large bathroom and the kitchen is gorgeous. Only thing I would do differently is not use so much wood around the walls. Looks too cabiny (too much like a cabin). I would opt for regular walls. I love wood but this was just a little too much for me.
I am 74 and thinking of downsizing but want to be comfortable and easy . Yours looks perfect Wilneed it done for me as I am not handy with tools. I was raised on a farm so am better at working with animals and in a barn. Not sure how that style would work up in North Dakota

Tell them that looks like an interior decorator designed that and they did a phenomenal job building that beautiful space. I'm still in shock and what a great resource to have that close.

Hi Jared, I hope they start their own channel I haven’t made it all the way through the entire video yet. We hit the jackpot with new neighbors. First of all the thing I love the most is that center island. Second I love the industrial fan and how they didn’t take the walls all the way to the ceiling it gives it a true airy feeling. Lastly I even like that extra bed in between the bathroom and living area. Very smart use of space. Beautifully decorated. I think you can’t go wrong using this tiny house as an inspiration.Their commitment to excellence is clearly evident. Isn’t it funny how peoples paths can cross in life. I recently saw in another tiny house build someone put a water source next to the toilet so they could rinse it out, they called it a bird day but it wasn’t the European type. Wow Jared, Your new neighbors seem really nice! They did an amazing job on their Shed to House! It's absolutely Gorgeous! They did the same thing to their Shed as I did for my Shed to Carriage House by spray foam insulation on all the wall's and ceiling. I went one step further on my Carriage House by having my Shed raised open off the ground while it was being built so my insulation guy could go to the builder's and spray foam the underneath of the building. Then I had it placed on a concrete slab. This protects the underneath floor from all moisture and bugs. The spray foam insulation creates a 100% moisture barrier when applied to all the wall's and ceiling and the underneath of the building floor. Keeps my hear and electric bill very reasonable price for here in Upstate Ny. Just south of Syracuse. So you know are winter's are cold and lots of snow. 😆 good luck Jared!

Fantastic shed to house conversion! Well done, Jared I hope you adapt a lot of the things your neighbors have done as it is a stunning tiny home. I personally would go with main bedroom on main floor and only have one loft for storage and no lift above the kitchen and your place will feel huge inside. Love their ceilings and fans\heat pumps Am looking forward to seeing both Jared's and Jason and Danielles homes develop.

I love the cabin and my planned when I retired last June was to have an Amish crew build me a cabin in the hills around north central Texas. After 27 as a meat cutter I had no idea that the prices would skyrocket and liberal Californians would move in like a plague of grasshoppers. I'm 63, live alone except for Sadie, my blue heeler, Aussie cross. Every day that cabin get a little further away from being achieved. I just have to remember, EVERYTHING IS ON GOD'S TIME LINE, not mine. 🙏
