Kim, I can relate. I saw this video just as I finished my virtual training session. It is so easy to get distracted, but you need to keep going. Perhaps you can shut off the phone before you work out, it will still be there when you're done.

I agree with Rebecca G Day. My problem is it's more than the covid-19. Besides staying in and only being allowed to go to the doctor and infusion lab they have put me on some steroids and that has been more than 19. We're we're way up there and it doesn't look like it's going to get any better soon. But watching the Holderness Family videos always brighten up our days. My service dog loves Penn Charles laugh.
