I never see it as losing the “what’s on the list” game. I see it as being really good at remembering things I forgot to put on the list!!!

Yeah. The bloom is off the rose after that. Instead of endless aisles of possibilities it’s just a grab and go expedition, which is no fun at all.
Been there... I've once told a cashier "I know I'm forgetting something from my list..." and as soon as I left the building I knew what it was, and had to go back in...

Doesn't have a toddler, doesn't know anyone who has a toddler, still seriously considering buying for no reason whatsoever... lol, I get it girl.
Most women go through this phase! I had it at 22. Now I know people with kids that are toddlers. The struggle is SO real!
I have to remind myself that they aren't MY kids.
I have a toddler. That section is hard to pass! I remind myself I can get designer clothes for my kids for like $2 at kid to kid.

Well techincally you can never just go in for all the stuff on your list without grabbing stuff to decorate the house with or you realize you are out of something that’s on the list...etc...

Honestly same(I’m 13) but I go for one certain thing (mtg cards typically) and come out with like 5 bags of my stuff

The problem is that the festive blankets are never big enough. If they started making them in the 72”x72” size they would be harder to resist!
I have been telling everyone about your channel because I believe that it makes the world a little better. I finally met a lady at the dr Office who knew exactly who you guys were and completely agreed with me that everyone would be a little bit happier if they just watched you guys.
So very true! I have really enjoyed watching them during the pandemic. They have made my days better. 😁

So THAT is what the inside of Target looks like! I am in the high risk category so I am still sending DH out for our necessities. I could feel my pulse getting faster and my pupils dilating as Kim moved throughout the store. I actually yelled out “Turn down the towel aisle!”. One day I’ll be able to venture into the stores again. In the meantime, thanks for helping me get my fix!! 😀
You should check out this walking guy’s TH-cam channel. It’s very pretty the places he walks around to. And it’s completely quiet, no commentary or music which is kind of nice. Just the birds and vehicles or people talking in passing. th-cam.com/users/RelaxingWALKER

I rarely park close to the door. Lots of people walking by when trying to get out. More turnover of cars so more likely to be hit and it's just nice to be away from the congestion.. and some exercise too.

Up in ICE land part of US, we park close as possible. Maybe in May I’ll try parking farther away but by Oct cold rains, I’ll be right close again

home depot, lowes,ace hardware or even the devils playground harbor freight are all men's weakness. offsets the wife's walmart,target shopping sprees

The one highlight is that none of that is applicable in these times!
My shopping game to avoid marketing influenced buys: I start with 100 points. For every item I take that's not on the list, I lose 5 points. And I try to get a passing grade! Otherwise, the store wins...

I literally was just editing my Target cart online, got it down to what I absolutely needed, and then my brain was like, “additional self-care mental health stuff is needed so let’s look at coloring books that you probably won’t use” hahaha!!

My shopping weaknesses are scented candles, books, movies and LUSH and The Body Shop. And I usually always end up coming home with more than 3 unneeded/unplanned items in my bag.

Hubby shops like Kim. I can give him a list with 5 items on it that we need until the weekend and he will come home with 5 bags of things. All food and we do end up eating it, but it really messes with the budget

The blindfolded Target trip is what made me realize that Kim could easily gather us into a cult. Because that was scary good.
Exactly my mom! It makes grocery shopping reeeeeeeeealy long! 😅 Then, the price ends up being hundred something dollars for “just fruits and vegetables.”

This is me every time I got to Target 🤣 got an idea for a Hallmark movie spoof. Say one of you just moved into a new town and you both kept seeing each other all over town and you're attracted to one another. You finally go out and have a great time. The kicker is when you have your first kiss there is no connection and your both like um no and walk away. That would be funny. At least in my opinion.

This was oddly emotional and funny to watch. It was emotional because it has been since July I had walked into a Target store. This was so funny and accurate representation of shopping at Target. I feel like we all need a Penn to monitor what is on the list shopping voice over lol 😂
By far my favorite....need more Penn commentary...play by play was awesome. I’d love to see this in the grocery store and more etc.
Penn you need to realize the paper list is only one small piece of the shopping list in a woman's brain. We may go in with just a few things on paper but in our brain the list will have more non specific items like Christmas decorations or clothes or house decor items. Just because there is a list on paper does not mean it is the only one. The list in a woman's brain is more of I need some but don't have to get it now so if I forget to no big deal. However this is not always the case.
If I put it on the list theres proof I bought it, if its NOT on the list, and my husband sees it...he doesnt notice we didnt have it. He's happy. I'm happy. Win win. Lol
The list didn’t specify quantity on those items, so all the cheese is still cheese. It doesn’t help much, but hey! It counts! 😅

Retailers everywhere are shook, as you guys blow their highly fine tuned sales tactics to get shoppers to buy far more than they need/came in for wide open. 😄

I always park far away-1) daily steps, 2)door dings. Also, a list is just a starting point. It gets you motivated to go, but the rest is fluid.
