72v BATTERY UPGRADE FOR SURRON! *INSANE POWER*

- Welcome back to another video. In this video I finally upgrade my Sur Ron battery to a 72v 55ah beast!! The Dominator V3 is made by a company called Electron Cycles here in the UK.
This video looks at the extreme power increase, the huge gain in range and also how torquey the bike has now become. The insane power upgrade from the 72v battery means that it is near impossible to keep the front wheel down. When you do manage to keep the front end down long enough, the 72v battery gives the Sur Ron a new top speed of nearly 70mph!!!

(EDIT) Definitely play around with field weakening, you'll get a decent top speed put of that. keep an eye on motor temp as well!! Potentially look at motor upgrade next. you'll have no problems with motor over heating and with the TM25 you can push higher KW and 150A field weakening. Some have claimed nearly 100MPH with the TM25 motor and 72v battery!! Insane speeds!

Yea it’s a real game changer and the range is so much better. To be honest it’s way more power than I need so looking at some suspension next I think. Make the bike a little more comfortable. Definitely need to look at the decals too. Be amazing to see how your set up performs with 72v!!!
@@southcoastsurron I tested today my new fastace 2.0 it was custom set for me with 63lbs spring but effect is amazing, really smooth riding thru any bumps it gave me way more confidence
