The way they animated the sandworm in the new Dune is awesome. Life-altering series when I read it in highschool. Paul's fear mantra literally adorned my bedroom wall. Appreciate the review Ash!

I finally got my bottle of this and yeah, Dune for sure. Read the books as a kid and loved the 80s flick, 2000s mini-series and all. Got this, looooved the presentation. On the first smell I have to admit I had images of Emperor Shaddam IV or a Leto Atreides vibe. Very opulent and rich. I love it.

Just got my sample in the mail. The scent is a true melange of oriental spices. A warm, incensed rose. I love it.
Wearing this today, obtained as part of the ELDO 20 piece sample set. I am totally going with the Dune theme. Really liking it!

It probably would just be another fragrance that slid on by if I had not been a fan of Dune since high school. But the name resonated with me and thus it is one that I have been meaning to try once I get a sample.
Haven't tried very many from them yet, but so far Fat Electrician is my fav.

They must be taking advantage of the Dune reboot coming out. The director is French Canadian and the star has a French background.
It is most definitely a dune reference. The emblem for it in the center of the bottle seems to be pretty obvious.
I wish you would smell it blind. Mentioning it's a Turkish Rose without explaining what that means and the whole "they're telling me it's gingerbread" doesn't help describe what it smells like.

Flowers are grown in planet and different races of human haven't created them. It's a big cultural mistake when we call different types of flowers by different races.
For example terkich rose or taif rose; firstly there's no different between all humans and by making flowers racial we denied the equality, secondly it's denying the historic cultures that grown flowers
