I used to be a tech and have been a service advisor for about 15 years and I have to say that your videos help my boss and I since you know we get cocky with experience and your videos really give us great advice and we have been implementing some of your advice!     Someone told me a long time ago, the customer is taught to change their oil every 5-7k miles because it breaks down right? All of your other fluids do the same thing except at longer intervals. A lot of my customers buy into it because it’s true!

    PM analogy we use. Brushing your teeth reduces your dental cost by over 8xs, so does PM for cars.

    Unfortunately dealers hire advisors without automotive background, you can’t sell , what u don’t understand. Being a good advisor will bring your csi up automatically regardless what your selling.
